EnergySmart has partnered with Energy Outreach Colorado and Xcel Energy to offer the Colorado Affordable Residential Energy program (CARE). For qualifying homeowners, EnergySmart will work with our highly qualified pool of contractors to provide FREE insulation and air sealing, HVAC system improvements, and other energy efficiency upgrades that will result in utility bill savings and a more comfortable, healthier home.
