Barbara Hardt, Nederland. Heavy equipment takes over streets. Over 50 machines, trucks and trailers took over the downtown area of Nederland in a remembrance parade on Saturday, February 16, 2019. The parade was to honor Mark Smith, who passed away. Mark was a Boulder County Road and Bridge operator for over 42 years.
