Dear Editor,
Nederland Food Pantry distribution days during COVID-19. We are distributing food in the Nederland Community Center parking lot, drive-thru style, Saturday mornings only from 10 a.m. to noon. Wear a mask. Stay in your car. A volunteer will load your food in the trunk for you.
We are supporting pop up pantries in Ward, Jamestown, Left Hand, Bar K, (on Saturday) Gold Hill, and Four Mile (on Wednesday). Clothing distribution is by appointment only. Email nfpcloset@gmail.com or call (720)-418-0892.
We gratefully accept your donations.
Food donations: Please arrange for a drop off time by calling or texting (720)-418-0892 or email nedfoodpantry@gmail.com. Please do not leave any donations outside our doors as this is illegal “dumping”.
If donating food or toiletries, please remember to check the date of expiration on each item. In keeping with the Public Health regulations, we are unable to use or accept any items, which have been opened or repackaged.
Clothing donations: By appointment only. Email nfpcloset@gmail.com or call or text (720)-418-0892 to arrange for a volunteer to meet you and approve your donation. The Closet accepts only clean and gently used clothing, footwear, and outerwear. Please take any other items to your favorite charity or the trash transfer station on Ridge Rd.
