The Holiday Food Box and Annual Toy distribution and the Human Services Fair are all coming to the Nederland Community Center.

December is here and that means the Annual Holiday Food Box and Toy distribution is here. On December 11, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m., the Nederland Food Pantry will be distributing Holiday Food Boxes, toys to kids 12 and under, and Target Gift Cards to kids 13-18.

December is also the time to take advantage of Health Insurance Open Enrollment. From November 1 – January 15 you can sign up for, or make changes to, health insurance plans through Colorado’s Marketplace Connect for Health. If you have questions or need help signing up for Health Insurance, the Nederland Human Services Health Fair will have representatives from Boulder County who can answer questions and help with signing up.

Anyone in Colorado can sign up for Health Insurance during Open Enrollment at: www.ConnectforHealthCO.com or contact the Customer Service Center at: 1-855-752-6749 (1-855-PLANS-4-YOU). In Boulder County you can call 303-441-1000 or email healthcoverage@bouldercounty.org for more information or to make an appointment with a Health Coverage Guide.
