Dear Heat Lightening,

You are the love of my life, my greatest supporter, the one who drives me crazy (in all the best ways), my hero, the most amazingly selfless family man I've ever met, and the one I want to spend the rest of my days with, both good days and the bad. And even after 35 years, when so many other couples have lost that spark, my feelings for you are stronger than ever. I love you completely, achingly, and endlessly --- even on those days when I'm cranky and threaten to use your toothbrush to clean the toilet.

Of course, I would never do such a thing — I like to kiss you too much and wouldn't want to risk cross-contamination.
