Sara Sandstrom, Gilpin County. As a new legislative session begins Gilpin’s two elected Colorado State legislators will be holding a virtual town hall meeting. This town hall is open to the public and will be held on January 20, 2021, at 6:30 p.m.
Colorado Senator Tammy Story, who represents District 16, and Colorado House of Representative Judy Amabile, who represents District 13, will be joined by some Gilpin County leaders. Guests will include two Gilpin County Commissioners Sandy Hollingsworth and Linda Isenhart, Central City Mayor Jeremy Fey, Gilpin County Emergency Manager Nate Whittington, Gilpin Cunty Public Health Coordinator Bonnie Albrecht and Deputy Director of Jefferson County Public Health Jody Erwin.
People who want to attend can go to the website judyamabile.com and the link is there to register. Once you have registered a Zoom link will be sent to you through email to access the session.
Representative Amabile and Senator Story hope you will participate and bring your questions, concerns and ideas all in the spirit of working together for Gilpin County.
