Gilpin School’s Friday ski and snowboard program, Snowdodgers, wrapped up the season at Loveland Ski Area. Everyone enjoyed the day with the E-Tow Cabin as a pitstop and a place to share a barbecue lunch and express some creativity. Some of the more adventurous participants built a ski jump behind the cabin that made for some great collaborative fun. They also enjoyed drying off by the wood stove.
The Gilpin Snowdodgers were very visible on the slopes dressed up in their favorite costumes. Everyone voted, and three prizes were given for the best costumes. The warm and sunny day provided the perfect backdrop to end the season.
