The Gilpin County Commissioners hosted a Town Hall meeting to discuss short-term rentals in the County at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 5, 2022. The meeting took place in person at the Gilpin County Community Center at 250 Norton Drive, Black Hawk and online.
Robert Gutierrez, Community Development Director, presented recommendations from the Gilpin County Planning Commission and said they will have another meeting to discuss the proposal at the August 2, Gilpin County Commission meeting. During a two-hour meeting residents both applauded the changes and picked at details.
