On 6/1/22, at 0656 hours, deputies responded to the 7300 block of Virginia Canyon Road for a non-injury MVA Roll over.

On 6/1/22, at 1028 hours, a deputy responded to the mile marker .25, Central City Parkway, for an non-injury MVA car vs deer. A report was taken.

On 06/1/22, at approximately 1100 hours, active, valid warrants were discovered for a person in custody at the Gilpin County Detention Facility. The person was arrested and processed on the warrants.

On 6/2/022, at approximately 0223 hours, a Gilpin County deputy conducted a traffic stop in the approximate 14000 block of Highway 119. A male driver was cleared and found to have two warrants, was taken into custody on the warrants, and processed into the Gilpin County Jail. Nothing further.

On 6/6/22, at approximately 0234 hours, deputy was stationary on the Dostal Alley Parking lot, 116 Main St, Central City. Deputy observed a black sedan bearing a Colorado license plate that did not make the complete stop at the stop sign of Spring St and Gregory St, but stopped at the middle of the intersection when it saw my vehicle. After further investigation subject had a warrant and was taken into custody.

On 6/3/22, at approximately 0058 hours, a male party arrived at the Gilpin County Sheriff`s Office to report a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of Forest Star Dr. Gilpin County deputies attempted to locate the vehicle but were unable to do so. A report was made. Nothing further.

On 6/03/22, at approximately 0558, deputy was dispatched to 1351 Highway 119, Unincorporated Gilpin County, in reference to a domestic disturbance. Deputies responded and attempted to contact the involved parties who fled the area and a report was taken.

On 6/22/22, at approximately 0820 hours, deputy was dispatched to Highway 119 and mile marker 4, Black Hawk, in reference to a welfare check. A male party was contacted and arrested on an outstanding warrant.

On 6/3/22, a deputy took a report of a cold MVA that had occurred two days prior at the Gold Mountain Village Apartments.

On 6/3/22, at 1625 hours, a female called reporting that a neighbor said she had been shot. This occurred in unincorporated Gilpin County Investigation disclosed that nobody had been shot and the female was having a mental health crisis.

On 6/3/22, at approximately 1730 hours, deputies responded to the 300 block of Paint Brush Dr, Black Hawk, on the report of a burglary in progress. Deputies were unable to locate the suspect. An investigation has been opened.

On 6/3/22, at approximately 2247 hours, a deputy was traveling northbound at mile marker 10 on Highway 119, when he conducted a traffic stop. Upon investigation the driver was arrested for DUI.

On 6/4/22, at approximately 1154 hours, deputy was dispatched to the City of Black Hawk in reference to a harassment. Deputies responded and a report was taken.

On 6/4/22, at approximately 2354 hours, deputies responded to the Century Casino, 102 Main St, Central City on the report of a cellular phone theft. The phone was recovered and returned to the victim. A report was taken.

On 6/5/22, at approximately 1258 hours, deputy was dispatched to 320 Gregory St, also known as the Grand Z Casino, Central City, in reference to a drug violation. Deputies responded and a report was taken.

On 6/5/22, at approximately 1753 hours, a deputy responded to the 5800 block of Virginia Canyon Rd, on the report of trespass and criminal mischief. It was determined the issue was civil in nature. A report was taken.

On 6/5/22 at 2152 hours, a deputy responded to a motor vehicle accident on Highway 119 near mile marker 20, unincorporated Gilpin County. Colorado State Patrol later arrived and took over the investigation.

On 6/5/22, at approximately 2223 hours, deputies responded to the 2900 block of Coyote Circle, Black Hawk, on the report of a fight between four to five people with guns involved. A party was issued a criminal summons.

On 6/6/22, at approximately 1224 hours, a deputy responded to Central City for a report of an assault. It was determined the assault did not happen and a case report was later completed.

On 6/4/22, at approximately 1500 hours, a Gilpin County Sheriff’s Office deputy received a domestic violence assault investigation from the Nederland Police Department. Upon review of said case, the incident(s) mentioned were past statute of limitation and therefore no criminal charges will be filed at this time.

On 06/6/22, at approximately 2012 hours, a deputy arrested a female for a warrant.

On 06/7/2022, at approximately 0950 hours, active, valid warrants were discovered for a person in custody at the Gilpin County Detention Facility. The person was arrested and processed on the warrants.

On 6/7/22, at approximately 2139 hours, Gilpin County deputies responded to Black Hawk for the report of suspicious persons. A deputy arrived on scene and made contact with a male and female party. It was discovered that the male party had a valid warrant, was arrested, and processed into the Gilpin County Jail. Nothing further.

On 6/7/22, at approximately 2249 hours, a Gilpin County deputy was dispatched to Black Hawk, Unincorporated Gilpin County, in reference to a welfare check on a subject who had self-harm ideation, The subject was sent to the hospital for mental health treatment. A report was

Completed.

On 6/6/22, at approximately 2324 hours, the deputy was traveling southbound in Gregory St, Black Hawk. Deputy observed a Subaru, cream in color, bearing a Colorado license. Deputy observed the registration stickers and it looked like someone has tampered with them. Upon investigation the deputy found the plate was stolen from Commerce City.

On 6/8/22, a deputy conducted a traffic stop on south Highway 119. The driver was later arrested for DUI. A report was completed later.

On 6/6/22, at approximately 0301 hours, a deputy was traveling northbound at mile marker 1.4, Highway 119. The deputy observed a vehicle speeding southbound on Highway 119. The vehicle was contacted and a citation was issued for multiple charges.

On 6/9/22, at approximately 0939 hours, a deputy was dispatched to a report of a stolen vehicle located at Black Hawk. A report was completed.

On 6/9/22, at approximately 2311 hours, a deputy was stationary at mile marker 7.5, Central City Parkway. Deputy observed a vehicle traveling westbound without the right headlight working. The Deputy tried to conduct a traffic stop that became a pursuit and with assistance of the State Patrol the subject was arrested.

On 6/10/22, at approximately 1456 hours, deputies responded to a report of a vehicle obstructing the roadway in the 100 block of Eureka St. Central City. The vehicle was towed and a report was taken.

On 6/10/22, a vehicle crashed. The driver was not located. Deputies towed the vehicle.

On 6/11/22, a male was trespassed from the Century Casino.

On 6/12/22, at approximately 0206 hours, deputies responded to Black Hawk on a 911 investigation. A subject was arrested for sexual assault and booked into the Gilpin County Jail.

On 6/12/22, at 1828 hours, a deputy responded to the 100 block of Main Street, Central City on the report of a theft. A report was completed.

On06/13/22, at approximately 0839 hours, deputies responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 600 block of hwy 46, Unincorporated Gilpin County. A report was taken.

On 6/16/22 at 0757 hours, deputies responded to a report of a disturbance. The suspect was arrested for DV, third degree assault, obstruction of telephone service, child abuse, after the victim reported being struck, choked,and dragged through the parking lot. It was further reported that the suspect had taken a cell phone, cash, and the passport of the victim along with the American passport of her daughter.. Case closed by arrest.

On 6/16/22, deputies responded to the report of a suicidal party. The party was placed on an emergency mental health hold and transported to the hospital by ambulance.

On 6/17/22, at approximately 1221 hours, deputies responded to the report of a harassment in the 10 block of Debra Ann Rd., Unincorporated Gilpin County. A report was taken. This case remains under investigation.

On 6/17/22, at approximately 2345 hours, a deputy was pre-releasing an inmate due to be released on 6/18/22 at 0830 hours. Three warrants were found and the inmate was booked in on the three warrants that were found.

On 6/19/22, at approximately 1255 hours, deputy was dispatched to the City of Black Hawk in reference to a disturbance and a report was taken.

On 6/18/22, at approximately 2000 hours, there was a disturbance on Sierra Timber Rd.

On 6/20/22, at approximately 1333 hours, a deputy was dispatched to a report of found property located at Black Hawk. A report was completed.

On 06/20/22 a child ran away. The child was returned to his home.

On 6/20/22, at approximately 2357 hours, a deputy assisted Black Hawk Police Department (BHPD) at 121 Main St (Gilpin Casino), Black Hawk. The Deputy was advised that they were looking for a subject that exposed himself to a female in the Saratoga parking lot. Upon investigation BHPD and Gilpin County deputy took the suspect into custody.

On 6/22/22, at approximately 0434 hours, a deputy assisted Black Hawk Police Department (BHPD) at 488 Main St (Monarch Casino), Black Hawk. The Deputy was advised that they were looking for a subject that used a credit card without the authorization of the owner that apparently was the girlfriend. Upon investigation, the girlfriend did not press criminal charges but the suspect was arrested for couple warrants.

On 6/22/22, at approximately 1640 hours, a deputy took a phone report of a theft that occurred on 6/9/22 in the 1100 block of Indian Peak Road in unincorporated Gilpin County. An investigation was opened.

On 6/23/22, at approximately 0850 hours, a deputy responded to a call for a disturbance in the 5000 block of Golden Gate Canyon Road in unincorporated Gilpin County. After an investigation, an arrest was made and a case report was later completed.

On 6/23/22, a deputy recovered a stolen vehicle.

On 6/23/22, at approximately 2322 hours, the deputy was stationary on the intersection of Gregory St and Spring St, Central City. The deputy observed a white SUV not stop at the stop sign. Upon investigation the Deputy discovered a fake ID issued apparently by the UN. The ID was confiscated and will be destroyed.

On 6/24/22, at approximately 0730 hours, deputies responded to a report of a runaway juvenile in the 700 block of N. Dory Lakes Dr., Unincorporated Gilpin County. A report was taken.

On 6/24/22, at approximately 1022 hours, deputy was dispatched to 15131 Highway 119, Black Hawk, in reference to theft. The reporting party was contacted and a report was taken.

On 6/24/22, at approximately 1101 hours, deputies were dispatched to 57 Tolland Road, Rollinsville, in reference to a vehicle theft and a report was taken.

On 6/24/22, at approximately 1005 hours, a deputy from the Gilpin County Jail was informed there was a female party in the District Courtroom that Judge Vriesman wanted taken into custody. A deputy responded and escorted the female to the jail without incident. The warrant was out of Jefferson County for a probation violation. Female was booked into the Gilpin County Jail and posted a $1,000 cash/surety bond without incident.

On 6/24/22, between the hours of approximately 1530-1730 a vandalism occurred.

On 6/24/22, at 1957 hours, a deputy responded to the 2700 block of South Beaver Creek Rd, unincorporated Gilpin County, on the report of a criminal mischief. A report was taken.

On 6/26/22, at approximately 1302 hours, deputies responded to the report of found property at the intersection of Douglas Mountain Dr. and hwy 119, Unincorporated Gilpin County. A report was taken.

On 6/26/22, at approximately 1400 hours, a Gilpin County deputy was working at the Gilpin County Detentions Center, 2960 Dory Hill Rd., Black Hawk, when he logged property left by a former inmate for safe keeping.

On 6/27/22, at approximately 0945 hours, a deputy was performing his assigned duties at the Gilpin County Detentions Center. While releasing an inmate, it was discovered that he had an out-of-county warrant and was booked in without issue.

On 6/28/22, at approximately 0251 hours, a deputy conducted a traffic stop and arrested a male party for driving under the influence. A case report was later completed.

On 6/28/22, at approximately 1645 hours, deputies responded to a reported disturbance in progress in the 1000 block of Highway 119 in unincorporated Gilpin County. A case report was later completed.

On 6/28/22, at approximately 1727 hours, a female party was arrested on a warrant by deputies. A case report was later completed.

On 6/28/22, at approximately 1943 hours, Gilpin County Deputy arrested a person who was wanted for a valid CICJIS warrant, and was booked into the Gilpin County Jail. Nothing further.

On 6/30/22, at approximately 0050 hours, a deputy was bonding out an inmate when a warrant was found. The inmate was booked and bonded on the warrant that was found.

On 6/30/22, at approximately 1455 hours, a deputy responded to the 100 block of Main Street in Central City for a report of found narcotics. A case report was completed.

On 6/30/22, at approximately 2220 hours, a female party arrived at the Gilpin County Jail to turn herself in on an outstanding warrant. The warrant was confirmed by the issuing agency and the party was taken into custody.
