On 1/1/25, at approximately 5:07 p.m., a Gilpin County deputy assisted Colorado State Patrol on a traffic stop in the 3000 block of Highway 119. A male party was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence. 

On 1/1/25, at approximately 7:40 p.m., a deputy was advised to call the victim of a cold assault that occurred at the 200 block of Lawrence Street. A report was taken. 

On 1/2/25, at approximately 11:45 p.m., dispatch advised a deputy of a vehicle pursuit taking place in Clear Creek County that was heading west bound on I-70 past mile marker 243. Clear Creek requested a deputy to standby with stop sticks if the eluding vehicle entered the Central City Parkway. 

On 1/3/25, at approximately 5:45 p.m., a deputy was dispatched to mile post 3 on Highway 119 in Black Hawk to assist the Colorado State Patrol on a traffic stop. A person was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence. 

On 1/3/25, at approximately 12:45 p.m., a deputy conducted a traffic stop near mile marker 5.5 on the Central City Parkway. The driver of the vehicle was subsequently arrested on a warrant. 

On 1/3/25, at approximately 3:29 p.m., deputies responded to the 2900 block of Dory Hill Road for a report of theft. A report was taken. 

On 1/5/25, at approximately 1:10 a.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Casey Street on a burglary in-progress call. Upon arrival deputies searched the residence and found no one inside. No sign of entry was found either. A report was taken. 

On 1/6/25, at approximately 10 a.m., an investigator was informed that a locally registered sex offender’s registration had expired. A subsequent investigation revealed a clerical error.

On 1/6/25, at approximately 12:04 p.m., a Gilpin County deputy conducted a traffic stop in the 7000 block of Highway 119. During the stop a male party was arrested on a warrant and was transported to the Gilpin County Detention Facility. 

On 1/6/25, at approximately 12:20 p.m., a deputy was dispatched to the Central City Post Office on a cold theft. A report was taken. 

On 1/6/25, at approximately 3:46 p.m., deputies took a phone report of a theft in the 100 block of Main Street.

On 1/6/25, at approximately 7:20 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the Gilpin County Sheriff’s Office lobby. A party in the lobby wanted to file a police report. A report was made. 

On 1/6/25, at approximately 8:10 p.m., deputies were dispatched to an assault in progress located near the 2400 Block of South Beaver Creek Road. A report was made. 

On 1/7/25, a male party turned himself in on a warrant. He was booked and a report was later completed. 

On 1/9/25, at approximately 6:03 p.m., an officer was dispatched to a welfare check at the Grand Z Casino. 

On 1/10/25, a Gilpin County investigator took a report on found property, for unidentified items in the Property and Evidence Room at the Gilpin County Sheriff's Office, 2960 Dory Hill Road, Black Hawk. 

On 1/10/25, at approximately 11:30 p.m., a deputy was on duty and came upon a motor vehicle collision with fluids leaking located at mile marker 9.1 on Highway 119. A report was made. 

On 1/10/25, at approximately 1:57 p.m., a deputy was asked to take a report for a theft located at 2960 Dory Hill Road. A report was completed. 

On 1/10/25, at approximately 1:18 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a structure fire at 114 Lodge Pole Lane. A report was made. 

On 1/11/25, at approximately 8:49 p.m., a deputy was dispatched to the 300 block of Swamp Angel Lane on a possible disturbance. A report was taken. 

On 1/12/25, at approximately 10:05 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a fraud case at the Bonanza Casino. A report was taken. 

On 1/14/25, at approximately 12 p.m., deputies responded to the Grand Z Casino on a report of a fraud case. A report was taken. 

On 1/14/25, a male party turned himself in on a warrant. He was booked in on the warrant. A report was later completed. 

On 1/14/25, at approximately 4:50 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a burglary in progress near 425 Mammoth View Lane. A report was made. 

On 1/14/25, at approximately 12:30 p.m., active, valid warrants were discovered for a current person experiencing incarceration. The person was detained and processed into the Gilpin County Detention Facility. 

On 1/14/25, at approximately 9:30 p.m., a deputy was patrolling south bound on Highway 119 at mile marker 5.5 when they observed Colorado State Patrol on a traffic stop and assisted them with cover. A report was taken. 

On 1/15/25, at approximately 3:01 p.m., a deputy was dispatched to a motor vehicle crash on the fourth floor of the Century Casino parking garage. A report was made. 

On 1/15/25, at approximately 5:30 p.m., a deputy was dispatched to respond as routine cover for Colorado State Patrol conducting Standard Field Sobriety Tests located at mile marker 5 Highway 119, Gilpin County. A report was taken. 

On 1/16/25, at approximately 6:41 p.m., a deputy assisted Colorado State Patrol with a traffic stop at the intersection of Miners Street and Main Street, Black Hawk. A report was taken. 

On 1/17/25, at approximately 10:45 a.m., a deputy responded to the Gilpin County District Courtroom for a person who arrived for court and had active warrants. The person was cleared through Gilpin County Dispatch, wherein it was determined two active warrants existed, however, both warrants were not extraditable 

On 1/18/25, at approximately 3:08 p.m., a deputy heard dispatch tone medical and fire for a party not breathing, and unconscious. The deputy advised they would be enroute to the call located at 100 block of Evans View Drive, Black Hawk. A report was completed. 

On 1/18/25, at approximately 11:16 a.m., deputies took a phone report of a civil issue. A report was taken. 

On 1/18/25, at approximately 4:33 p.m., deputies responded to the Grand Z Casino on a report of a damaged room. A report was taken. 

On 1/18/25, at approximately 11:50 p.m., deputies responded to the 2900 block of Dory Hill Road for a welfare check. A report was taken. 

On 1/19/25, at approximately 1:05 p.m., deputies responded to the Grand Z Casino for a welfare check. The parties were contacted and a report was taken. 

On 1/19/25, at approximately 10:31 a.m., deputies responded to Nevadaville Road and Central City Highway for a single vehicle accident. A report was taken. 

On 1/19/25, at approximately 4:10 p.m., deputies responded to the area of mile marker 14 on Highway 119 on a report of a single vehicle accident. Deputies secured the scene while waiting for Colorado State Patrol to arrive. A report was taken. 

On 1/20/25 at approximately 10 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a structure fire located near the 300 block of Timber Drive. A report was made. 

On 1/23/25, at approximately 1:10 p.m., a deputy was dispatched to a disturbance located at the Grand Z Casino. An arrest was made. 

On 1/25/25, at approximately 2:15 p.m., a detention deputy discovered an active, valid warrant for a person presently in custody on other matters. The person was arrested and processed on the warrant. 

On 1/26/25, at approximately 3:50 p.m., deputies took a phone report for a missing firearm by a county resident. 

On 1/27/25, at approximately 8:50 p.m., deputies were dispatched to assist Colorado State Patrol on a traffic stop located on Highway 119 at mile marker 5. A report was made. 

On 1/29/25, at approximately 11:30 a.m., a deputy was on shift at the Gilpin County Combined Courts located at 2960 Dory Hill Road. An individual was known to have a felony warrant. An arrest and report was made. 

On 1/30/25, at approximately 12:02 a.m., dispatch advised a deputy of a motor vehicle accident with unknown injuries blocking the north bound lanes located at mile marker 2.5 on Highway 119. A report was taken. 

On 1/30/25, at approximately 1:54 p.m., a deputy was dispatched to an abandoned vehicle at the intersection of Highway 46 and Highway 119. The vehicle had previously been issued a red tag as a warning. The vehicle was towed and a report was made. 

On 1/30/25, at approximately 5 p.m., dispatch advised a deputy of a party who had lost their wallet at the Dragon Tiger Casino located at the 100 block of Lawrence Street.

On 1/30/25, at approximately 5:55 p.m., dispatch advised a deputy of a trespass to be handled by phone located at the 500 block of Old Hughesville Road, Black Hawk. A report was taken. 

On 1/30/25, at approximately 7:15 p.m., deputies made a warrant arrest in the Gilpin County Sheriff's Office lobby located at 2960 Dory Hill Road. A report was made. 

On 1/31/25, at approximately 3:47 a.m., deputies were dispatched to the Grand Z Casino located at 321 Gregory Street for a trespass. A report was made. 

On 1/31/25, at approximately 12:20 a.m., a deputy was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident located at Highway 119 and Highway 6. A report was completed.
