On 12/1/25, at approximately 8:18 a.m., a deputy responded to the 2900 block of Dory Hill 

Road for a suspicious call from an unknown male. A report was made.  

On 12/1/25, at approximately 1:51 p.m., a deputy responded to a motor vehicle accident on the Central City Parkway, Central City. A report was made. 

On 12/1/25, at approximately 9:10 p.m., a deputy was dispatched to a turned in fraudulent bill located at the 100 block of Main Street, Central City. A report was taken.  

On 12/1/25, at approximately 9:41 p.m., deputies responded to an automated crash alert in the 3900 block of South Beaver Road in Black Hawk.

On 12/2/25, at approximately 9 p.m., deputies were dispatched to an active dog fight located at the location of 200 block of Apollo Drive, Black Hawk.

 On 12/2/25, at approximately 11 p.m., deputies responded to the intersection of Nevada Street and Main Street in Central City for a report of a motor vehicle accident.

On 12/3/25, at approximately 2:14 a.m., deputies responded to the 4000 block of Highway 119 for reports of a motor vehicle accident.  

On 12/4/25, a deputy took a report over the phone for a cold violation of protection order that allegedly occurred at 100 block of Burt Street in Central City. A report was later written.

On 12/5/25, at approximately 11:38 a.m., a person in the Gilpin County District Court room was discovered to have an active and valid warrant. The person was arrested and then booked on this warrant.  

On 12/5/25, at approximately 12:38 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a theft in the 5500 block of Highway 119 to be handled by phone. A report was taken. 

On 12/5/25, at approximately 2:22 p.m., deputies were dispatched to 2900 Dory Hill Road, Black Hawk for a report of fraud. A report was taken. 

On 12/5/25, at approximately 8:25 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a shots fired call located in the area of Highway 119 mile marker 4, Black Hawk.

On 12/6/25, at approximately 12:43 p.m., a deputy was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident located in the 100 block of Main Street, Central City. A report was made. 

On 12/6/25, at approximately 2 p.m., a deputy was notified about a dog issue that occurred at the location of the 200 block of West 1st High Street, Central City. A report was made. 

On 12/7/25, at approximately 12:44 p.m., deputies responded to the 400 block of Taylor Drive, Black Hawk, for a welfare check.  

On 12/7/25, at approximately 6:48 p.m., deputies responded to mile marker 3, Highway 

119 on the report of a head-on collision. Deputies assisted Colorado State Troopers with the investigation. 

On 12/8/25, at approximately 5:15 p.m., a deputy was dispatched to a theft to be handled by phone that occurred at the 400 block of Powder Run Drive, Central City (building 7). A report was taken. 

On 12/8/25, at approximately 11:43 p.m., deputies responded to the 100 block 

of Main Street, Central City, for a vehicle slide off. A report was made. 

On 12/9/25, at approximately 7 a.m., a deputy was dispatched for the report of debris in the road located at 1245 Dory Hill Road, Black Hawk. A county owned vehicle sustained damage and a report was made. 

On 12/9/25, a deputy took a call via telephone regarding a potential violation of a protection order. A report was made. 

On 12/9/25, a deputy working at the Gilpin County School located at 10595 Highway 119, unincorporated Gilpin County, was informed of damage to a department vehicle. A report was later written.

On 12/9/25, at approximately 7:50 p.m., one female individual was taken into custody on a warrant and booked into Gilpin County Jail. 

On 12/10/25, at approximately 11:32 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the 1300 block of Highway 119, Black Hawk, for a motor vehicle accident. A report was made. 

On 12/11/25, at approximately 3:45 p.m., an in-custody party was booked into the Gilpin County Jail on two outstanding active, valid warrants. A report was later completed. 

On 12/11/25, a deputy took a report regarding a telephone scam attempt.  

On 12/12/25, a jail deputy responded to a disturbance in the facility and subsequently charged one person experiencing incarceration with one count of criminal mischief.  

On 12/12/25, at approximately 11:12 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop near the 4500 block of Highway 119. A summons was issued.

On 12/13/25, at approximately 2:30 p.m., a person in custody at the Gilpin County Detention Facility on criminal charges and suicide protocol, posted bond. A mental health hold was initiated to maintain the person's safety. The person was released on bond and transferred to hospital on mental health hold. 

On 12/13/25, at approximately 11:44 p.m., deputies were responding to an in-progress disturbance at the Monarch Casino. Two deputies collided their patrol vehicles while responding, a report was taken.

On 12/13/25, at approximately 11:45 p.m., multiple deputies responded to assist Black Hawk Police Department on an in progress fight with injury.

On 12/14/25, at approximately 12:06 a.m., deputies responded to the Ameristar Casino to assist Black Hawk officers with an alleged sexual assault and disturbance. A report was taken. 

On 12/14/25, at approximately 5:39 p.m., an in-custody party was booked into the Gilpin County Jail on one outstanding active, valid warrant. A report was later completed. 



On 12/16/25, at approximately 4:48 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the 100 

block of Main Street, Central City,  in regards to a theft. A report was made. 

On 12/16/25, at approximately 9:54 p.m., deputies responded to the 1000 block of Mountain Meadows Drive in regards to a welfare check. A report was made.  

On 12/17/25, a deputy responded to the 4000 block S Beaver Creek Road, unincorporated Gilpin County, for a suspicious vehicle. A traffic stop was later made and a subject had an active warrant via NCIC/CCIC. The subject was later arrested and a report was written. 

On 12/17/25, at approximately 5:09 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a burglary in progress involving two male parties who the homeowner stated they can see via security cameras, located at the location of 400 block of Saint James Street, Central City.

On 12/18/25, at approximately 2:30 a.m., an off duty deputy located an unresponsive party. The Lakewood Police Department was called to respond. 

On 12/18/25, at approximately 3:58 a.m, a deputy was on routine patrol in the area of Main Street and Spring Street in Central City when they discovered a property damage accident.  

On 12/18/25, at approximately 5:26 p.m., deputies responded to the Dragon Tiger Casino on the report of found drugs. The drugs were seized and the suspect was located at the Century Casino. He was taken to jail for two felony warrants and cited for trespassing.

On 12/18/25, at approximately 7:38 p.m., deputies received a call for service regarding an intoxicated person located near the 300 block of Gregory Street, Central City. A report was made. 

On 12/19/25, at approximately 6:36 a.m., a deputy was dispatched to a single motor vehicle accident located at the 4500 block of Highway 119, Black Hawk. A report was made. The scene was forwarded over to the Colorado State Patrol.

On 12/19/25, at approximately 10 a.m., an in-custody party was booked into the Gilpin County Jail on one outstanding active, valid warrant. A report was later completed.

On 12/19/25, a deputy took a call for service for a possible violation of protection order at 2000 block Coyote Circle, Black Hawk. A report was made. 

On 12/19/25, at approximately 1:48 p.m., deputies responded to the 300 block of 1st High Street, Central City, on the report of a disturbance between male and female. A report was taken. 

On 12/19/25, at approximately 2:18 p.m., deputies responded to the 600 block of Highway 46, Black Hawk, on the report of a civil issue between male and female. A report was taken. 

On 12/21/25, at approximately 7:27 p.m., deputies and members from the Timberline Fire Department responded to FSR 175.3C and FSR 175.3B on the report of an unattended fire in the middle of the road. Timberline Fire Department extinguished the embers and a report was taken. 

On 12/21/25, at approximately 9 p.m., a deputy responded to the report of a counterfeit bill at the Grand-Z Casino.

On 12/21/25, at approximately 9:15 p.m., a deputy was dispatched to a suspicious person located at the 100 block of Mica Road, Black Hawk.

On 12/23/25, at approximately 7:45 a.m., a deputy responded to the Central City Post Office in regards to a theft. A report was made.  

On 12/23/25, at approximately 7:40 a.m., a deputy observed a vehicle that was parked illegally in the 100 block of Main Street, Central City. A citation was affixed to the vehicle, a Department of Revenue License Plate was confiscated, and a report was made. 

On 12/23/25, at approximately 7:15 p.m., deputies responded to a disturbance located near the 400 block of Powder Run Drive, Central City. A report was made. 

On 12/23/25, at approximately 7:36 p.m., a deputy responded to a shots fired call located at the 200 block of Lawrence Street, Central City. An arrest was made and a report was taken. 

On 12/25/25, at approximately 1:13 a.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Lawrence Street, Central City, for a motor vehicle accident. A report was made. 

On 12/25/25, at approximately 12:55 p.m., deputies were dispatched to an unresponsive party located at 120 Plutus Road, Black Hawk. A report was made.  

On 12/26/25, at approximately 4:25 a.m., deputies responded to a request for assistance from the Black Hawk Police Department in the 400 block of Main Street in Black Hawk.

On 12/26/25, at approximately 2:32 p.m., a deputy responded to the sheriff’s office on a report of a party wanting to relinquish a firearm. A report was completed. 

On 12/27/25, at approximately 10:14 a.m., deputies located deceased livestock in the 500 block of Upper Apex Valley Road, near the Central City Cemetery. A report was taken. 

On 12/27/25, at approximately 12:47 p.m., deputies responded to the 200 block of Church Street, Black Hawk, on the report of an incident that happened at the 1300 block of Highway 119, Golden. A report was taken. 

On 12/27/25, at approximately 12:52 p.m., emergency personnel were dispatched to the area of Forest Service 175.1 and 175.3B Black Hawk, on a report of a wildland fire. A report was completed.  

On 12/27/25, a deputy took a call for a motor vehicle accident involving an ATV in the area of  FS 175.3B, Black Hawk. A report was completed.  

On 12/27/25, at approximately 2:35 p.m., deputies responded to Highway 119 mile 

marker 4, Black Hawk, on the report of a head-on collision. Deputies assisted Colorado State Troopers with the investigation. 

On 12/27/25, at approximately 7:44 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a non-injury two vehicle motor vehicle accident in the 5400 block of Highway 119. A deputy secured the scene until Colorado State Patrol could arrive. A report was taken. 


On 12/27/25, at approximately 9:50 a.m., deputies were dispatched to the area of the 1400 block of Golden Gate Drive, Golden, for a party who was having an overdose/poison episode. The party was transported to a hospital for observation.  

On 12/29/25, a deputy spotted a vehicle associated with a wanted fugitive. The fugitive was later identified in the vehicle and a report was written.

On 12/31/25, at approximately 9:14 a.m., a deputy handled a civil issue via telephone. A report was made.
