On 11/1/21, Gilpin deputies were dispatched to the 17000 block of Hwy 119 for the report of a cold burglary. Deputies arrived on scene and completed an investigation and took a report.
On 11/1/21, Gilpin deputies were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident that occurred at Eureka and Prosser Streets in Central City unincorporated Gilpin County. Deputy`s arrived at scene and a report was completed
On 11/1/21, a Gilpin deputy was dispatched to the intersection of Highway 72 and South Beaver Creek Road on the report of a juvenile problem. A report was taken.
On 11/1/21, a Gilpin deputy responded to a 911 hang up. It was determined that a disturbance occurred inside the residence involving a father and daughter. A report was completed.
On 11/2/21, Gilpin deputies were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident, vehicle vs animal, which occurred at 4404 Central City Parkway. Deputy`s arrived at the scene and a report was completed.
On 11/3/21, a Gilpin deputy arrived in the 100 block of Pine Circle in an attempt to locate a female party for a warrant. The female party was located and taken into custody and transported to the Gilpin County Jail where she was processed into the facility. A report was made.
On 11/4/21, Gilpin deputies responded to the 400 block of W 1st High Street in Central City for a 911 call. Deputies arrived on scene and placed a male party on a 72 hour mental health hold and was transported to Lutheran Medical Center. A report was made.
On 11/7/21, a Gilpin deputy was dispatched to a disturbance at Mayor Willie`s, located at 125 Main Street in Central City. A summons and report was completed.
On 11/7/21, a Gilpin deputy was dispatched to a cold theft located at 250 Norton Drive in Black Hawk. The deputy was further advised that the call could be handled by phone. A report was completed.
On 11/7/21, a Gilpin deputy responded to the Easy Street Casino on the report of a suspicious incident. A report was taken.
On 11/7/21, a Gilpin deputy responded to the area of south Highway 119 on a report of an intoxicated driver that struck a person at the Z Stop gas station. The driver was located, stopped and subsequently arrested.
On 11/7/21, a Gilpin deputy took a report of a one-vehicle traffic accident which occurred at the corner of Bridge Street and Main Street earlier in the day.
On 11/8/21, a Gilpin deputy arrested a wanted party on an out of county warrant without incident.
On 11/8/21, a Gilpin deputy responded to the Grand Z Casino parking garage on a report of two vehicles that had been broken into. It was discovered that both vehicles had windows broken out and items of value were missing. Case is pending investigative leads.
On 11/8/21, a Gilpin deputy responded to the 300 block of East 1st High Street in reference to a hit and run traffic accident. A report was taken.
On 11/11/21, Gilpin deputies were dispatched to a welfare check at 530 Gregory Street in reference to two parties passed out in the parking lot in a blue Hyundai Kona.
On 11/10/21, Gilpin deputies, Gilpin Medics, and Timberline Fire, were dispatched to the 300 block of Chalet Drive, on the report of a suicidal individual. An individual was transported to the hospital, and a report was taken.
On 11/11/21, Gilpin deputies were dispatched to the Grand Z Casino in reference to a drug violation and a report was completed.
On 11/11/21, Gilpin deputies were dispatched to an assault in progress at Coyote Liquors in reference to a fight with weapons.
On 11/11/21, Gilpin deputies were advised by the Boulder Sheriff`s Office of a potential cold child abuse event alleging. An investigation and a report was completed.
On 11/12/21, Gilpin deputies were dispatched in reference to a suicidal party. An individual was transported to the hospital and a report was completed.
On 11/13/21, Gilpin deputies responded to Coyote Circle on the report of a disturbance. A person was arrested and booked into the Gilpin County Jail.
On 11/14/21, a Gilpin deputy responded to the Grand Z Casino for the report of a broken crack pipe found in a hotel room. The crack pipe was seized and booked into evidence for destruction and a report was made.
On 11/15/21, a party turned himself into the Gilpin County Sheriff`s Office on an active warrant for his arrest. A report was later completed.
On 11/15/21, Gilpin deputies took possession of a firearm for safekeeping from an individual due to criminal charges against him. A report was taken.
On 11/15/21, Gilpin deputies responded to the 600 block of Highway 72 on the report of a disturbance between two adult siblings. A report was taken.
On 11/16/21, Gilpin deputies, Gilpin Medics, and Timberline Fire personnel responded to the 2200 block of Gap Road on the report of a suicidal individual. A deceased individual was located. This case is under investigation.
On 11/17/21, Gilpin deputies were dispatched to 230 Newman Avenue in reference to a stolen license plate and a report was taken.
On 11/17/21, Gilpin deputies were dispatched to 1082 Coyote Circle in reference to a Fraud call. Deputies responded and a report was taken.
On 11/19/21, Gilpin deputies were dispatched to 15905 Highway 119 in reference to a follow-up welfare check and a report was completed.
On 11/21/21, a Gilpin deputy was dispatched to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival the vehicle was unoccupied and had no license plates. When the VIN was cleared through dispatch the vehicle came back as stolen. A report was made and the owner was contacted and responded to take possession of the vehicle. A report was taken.
On 11/21/21, a party contacted the Gilpin Sheriff`s Office to turn in a handgun that he had found. The handgun was reported lost out of Wyoming. A report was made.
On 11/24/21, Gilpin deputies assisted Colorado State Patrol Troopers and Black Hawk Police Officers apprehend the occupants of a stolen vehicle in the 200 block of Main Street. All three suspects were apprehended and the vehicle was towed. A case report was later completed.
On 11/24/21, a Gilpin deputy took an I.D. theft report. Merchant advised and conducting own independent investigation.
On 11/24/21, Gilpin deputies were dispatched to 2960 Dory Hill Road in reference to a warrant arrest and an arrest was made and a report was completed.

On 11/24/21, Gilpin deputies were dispatched to the 5500 block of the Central City Parkway for a motor vehicle accident involving a deer with possible injuries. The party involved was checked out by paramedics and a report was made.
On 11/24/21, a male party was pulled over for speeding in the 11500 block of Highway 119 and later arrested for the suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. After further investigation, the male party was determined to be under the legal limit and was released on a summons.
On 11/25/21, Gilpin deputies assisted at the Ameristar Casino in reference to an assist to Black Hawk Police relating to an intoxicated party and a report was completed.
On 11/26/21, Gilpin deputies were dispatched to Timberline Fire Station #7 in reference to a theft of services call and a report was completed.
On 11/26/21, Gilpin deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of Hornblend Road in reference to a death investigation and a report was completed.
On 11/26/21, a Gilpin deputy responded to a two car motor vehicle accident on the Central City Parkway. Dispatch was advised that one vehicle fled the scene and was parked at Gold Mountain Village apartments. A report was taken.
On 11/27/21, Gilpin deputies were dispatched to the Grand Z Casino in reference to a theft of a phone.
On 11/28/21, Gilpin deputies were dispatched to the Grand Z Casino in reference to a cold theft from a motor vehicle and a report was completed.
On 11/29/21, Gilpin deputies responded to a call of a cold assault located at 410 Bobtail Hill Circle. A report was completed
On 11/29/21, a Gilpin deputy was dispatched to the 200 block of Lawrence Street on the report of a non-injury hit and run accident. A report was taken, and the incident is being investigated.
On 11/29/21, a Gilpin deputy took a report of a possible attempt to influence a public servant.
On 11/30/2021, at approximately 1:31 p.m. a deputy with the Gilpin County Sheriff`s Office was dispatched to the Gilpin County Sheriff`s Office in reference to mail fraud. A deputy completed a report regarding the incident and returned mail to the Black Hawk Post Office.
On 11/30/21, Gilpin deputies responded to the 200 block of East 4th High Street for a report of a recovered stolen vehicle. A case report was later completed.
