The Gilpin County Arts Association (GCAA) is proud to announce our 75th Annual Juried Art Show Diamond Jubilee. The National show will return to Washington Hall from June 11 to August 20, 2022, with the highly anticipated reprisal of the dedicatory banquet the evening of June 10 at the historic Teller House across the street from the GCAA.
Cause for celebration and acknowledgment, the Diamond Jubilee marks 75 years for the show and Gilpin County’s rich tradition of supporting the arts. The Annual Juried Art Show has consistently provided the space and opportunity for some of the nation’s top artists to showcase their work over a diversity of mediums. For this monumental milestone, the esteemed jurors and judge are graciously providing the highest level of perspective and experience throughout their selection process.
The juror panel consists of Keith Wicks, Cynthia Madden Leitner, and Carol Golemboski. The judge for this year’s show is world-renowned musician and artist, Robert Fleischman.

Rooted in history, The GCAA is recognized as having the longest-running juried art show in the state of Colorado. The gallery resides at Washington Hall, the longest functioning occupied municipal building in Colorado. Our (non-profit) mission is to further enrich the culture of the arts in Gilpin County and beyond, while providing support to local arts programs and art education. Events that the GCAA is hosting this year include, but are not limited to, Pastel Society of Colorado International Pastel Show; Colorado Watercolor Society Exhibition; High Country Auxiliary Fundraiser; and Angelo Di Benedetto, former world renowned Colorado Artist, Exhibition.
Help us kick off the 75th Annual Juried Show to celebrate our Diamond Jubilee and support GCAA by reserving tickets to the banquet at the Teller House on June 10 starting at 6:30 p.m. which includes an opportunity to preview the juried art and meet some of the show jurors and judge.
