CENTRAL CITY — Art is always cause for celebration. As the Gilpin County Arts Association approaches its 80th year as a nonprofit art organization, and having hosted more than 120 artists, they have great reason to celebrate.

Nestled in Historic Central City, the gallery is located in Washington Hall, the first district court of the area’s territory.
