Dear Editor,
My hope is that no one should ever be in a situation requiring response from our dedicated first responders. We are privileged here in Gilpin County to have responsible, professional services from our sheriff, ambulance, and firefighters. However, it is so frustrating for them to be unable to locate you during an urgent emergency situation.
Please assist them by considering placement of a reflective address sign which can be seen after dark and during weather situations.
The High Country Auxiliary has signs available. To order please contact Diane at gulchfriend@gmail.com or call/text 720-839-4783.
Signs will also be available at the Auxiliary Flea Market September 11 & 12 at The Barn, 250 Norton Drive.
Stay safe everyone.
