Dear Editor,
Starting Saturday, July 10, 2021, from 10 a.m. to noon, the Nederland Food Pantry will return to indoor shopping at the Nederland Community Center for FULLY VACCINATED participants.
The Pantry will start first and last Thursday indoor shopping on July 29, from 10 a.m. to noon. If you are not vaccinated you will receive a box in the upper parking lot similar to the way it has been this last year.
Fully vaccinated participants will be able to take advantage of the Clothing Closet during regular Saturday hours of 10 a.m. to noon.
Participants will need to show proof of vaccination (a vaccination card or photo/ copy of a vaccination card) on their first visit back.
No one goes hungry and we will endeavor to communicate all of these continuing changes as transparently and quickly as possible. All of the volunteers appreciate the understanding and ask for your patience while we deal with these changes.
For more information contact the Nederland Food Pantry at www.nederlandfoodpantry.org, nedfoodpantry@gmail.com or 720-418- 0892.
