My name is PFC Thomas Bolt. I attended NMSHS and graduated in 2014. I’ve been deployed with the 1st Cavalry out of Fort Hood TX to South Korea. I’ve spent about 2 months in country now. Currently we are conducting a 34 day operation to validate the unit as a combat ready organization. My squad and I have kept busy with firing mortars, qualifying our Bradley crew with the 25mm gun, and working on small unit tactics. I’m excited to come home in December and see Nederland again.
