EAGLE is a free 4-H program at the Gilpin County Community Center that provides extracurricular opportunities for local youth. Middle and high school students who have filled out the enrollment packet can drop in to the community center for FREE Monday through Thursday, 4:15-7:15 p.m.
Youth can use the gym, the pool, the kitchen, the TV, our video game consoles, anything in the program closet, or just hang out
Ages 14+ who have completed the fitness orientation with staff can use the fitness hall and weight room
Our paid youth leadership team plans an optional activity each day and field trips on some Fridays
We provide transportation from Gilpin High to the community center after school
100% free and open to residents of any county who have completed the enrollment packet
To protect our participants, masks are mandatory indoors.
