**UPDATE**

61-year-old male identified from Nederland on 03/16/2023.

 The Boulder County Coroner’s Office is investigating the death of a 61-year-old Caucasian male who was found in the 3900 Block of Ridge Road in Nederland on 03/16/2023.

At this time, the decedent has been positively identified as Timothy Crimmins.

An examination has been completed and the cause and manner of death are pending further investigation.

52-year-old male identified from Nederland on 03/16/2023.

The Boulder County Coroner’s Office is investigating the death of a 52-year-old Caucasian male who was found in the 3900 Block of Ridge Road in Nederland on 03/16/2023.

At this time, the decedent has been positively identified as Robert Reid.

An examination has been completed and the cause and manner of death are pending further investigation.

**ORIGINAL STORY**

On March 16, 2023, at 2:11 pm, Boulder County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to a home in the 3900 block of Ridge Road (near the Town of Nederland) in unincorporated Boulder County to check on the welfare of a resident who had not been heard from in several days. When deputies arrived, they located a deceased male outside of the home. Shortly after this they located another deceased male in a vehicle parked near the home.

Detectives are currently investigating the deaths and it is believed the two deaths are related.

Based on the initial investigation there appears to be no danger to the public.

The Boulder County Coroner’s Office will determine the cause and manner of death, as well as release the identification of the decedents pending notification to the next of kin.
