Nederland's Holiday Mountain Market 2016 is only fourteen weeks away! The event is the first weekend of December (12/3 and 12/4) and we are now accepting applications on a first-come-first-served basis, with a deadline of September 30, 2016 (although all spaces may fill before that date).

Vendor Applications were mailed via U.S. Mail yesterday. If you are on our mailing list, you will receive a hard copy shortly.  PLEASE do your organization a favor - if you are no longer the primary contact for them, please forward this to someone who is - and reply to this email with the new information so we can update our records.

If we do not have a mailing address for you, please review the attached pdf and print as needed - page 2 covers hours/instructions/rules/regulations, and page 3 provides pricing/application. Please read both pages thoroughly before applying so you will know where to find answers to many of the questions we receive...

We use separate applications for our crafters/artisans and our nonprofit/school/service groups, so if the application we have attached here does not suit your needs, please visit our website at www.NederlandAreaSeniors.org, click on Holiday Mountain Market, and scroll to the bottom of the page to find the other version.

Also attached is the form we use to track vendor's commitments to contribute to our annual Silent Auction at the Market, where your prospective customers often browse and see an item that attracts them to seek your full display. There is no obligation to donate to the auction and no preference is given to those who choose to donate, but if you already know you would like to participate in it, please complete the form and send it in with your application. Even a vague description of an item and approximate value helps us get it into our system so we don't end up with random, untracked items the day of the event. Thank you for considering this!

Your participation in this event helps support our nonprofit organization serving 400 mountain seniors each year and is a wonderful gift to our entire mountain community.
