The Nederland Food Pantry and Clothing Closet are available to residents of our Peak to Peak community every Monday, Thursday, Friday from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. until noon in the west wing of the Nederland Community Center, 750 Highway 72. Friday Storytime: Read books, sing songs, learn some ASL, and get the wiggles out in the first half hour, followed by free play. NedRINK is open through February, offering the following: hockey, recreational skating, lessons, curling, stick & puck, and ice rentals. Skate rentals are available! The Mountain Meditation Circle is a free and open group that has been meeting every Monday evening at 6 p.m. for the last four years at the Gilpin County Public Library. Community Connections is a monthly webinar series featuring Forest Service staff and community members sharing information and experience from their fields of expertise, with the goal of deepening our connection to the land around us.
