16 – Just Eat It - Food Waste Awareness Week Kickoff in the Nederland Community Center’s Theater from 6:30 – 8 p.m. Join us for a screening of JUST EAT IT, and investigation of food waste from the farm to the fridge. The movie will kick off Boulder County’s first annual Food Waste Awareness Week, April 16th thru 22nd. Throughout the week, Boulder County and its partners will be hosting a series of events to bring awareness to this issue in our community, across the country and around the world. We will also be sharing food waste information, waste reduction tips, food reuse recipes from area chefs and other important food waste messages on social media and through an email newsletter.
