COAL CREEK CANYON — About 17 vendors filled the Coal Creek Canyon Improvement Association (CCCIA) Hall on Saturday, November 29. Treats and drinks were available.

Shelly Peters-Schaller offered massages for $2 a minute. She also offered gift certificates.

Carol Koltz with Canyon Rose Creations brought her acrylic and watercolor paintings along with earrings and candles.

Greg Wells displayed his photography mixed with oil painting, including works of the ruins above Nevadaville. His work features portals and doors. For about 20 years, he has been making canvas tiles of his work.

Monica Vondruska, who lives in the neighborhood, brought hats, patches, Coal Creek hoodies, and sweatshirts. She uses an embroidery machine to make the garments. She also had wax stickers for envelopes.

The Ninth House with Rhonda Cook featured candles and soaps. Gayle Schowman and husband Keith brought crystal bracelets and balls.

Dave Schemel displayed his photography of the Indian Peaks, hummingbirds, and sunsets. He has been taking photos for 48 years,

Kathy Bremers had matted prints of her watercolor art. Wendy Luck produces colored pencil art.

Carol Kozlowski and Friend brought earrings, small paintings, and cards. Sherry Phipps featured handmade bee-inspired items including sunglasses and bracelets.

Lynnette Clark made a variety of woolen needle-felted creatures. Jessie Sidhu with Mountain Magic offered natural hormonal moisturizers and lotions. She also had paintings and was artist of the month at the Coal Creek Coffee Shop in April.

Terri Bertle demonstrated the flexibility and strength of her dog leashes made from paracord. They can be washed with dish soap.

Amy Hyder with Little Works of the Heart displayed rings, ornaments, paintings and blank cards. April Morris brought CBD products, shower steamers, and CBD drops with Health Naturally made in Coal Creek Canyon.

Evelyn Blodgett featured handmade necklaces and gemstone bracelets.

The next events at the hall will be Santa’s visit for kids on December 13, from noon to 2 p.m., and Santa Paws for Pets, on December 20, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information, email CCCIA80403@gmail.com. CCCIA’s website is  coalcreekcanyon.org. The hall is located at 31528 Highway 72.
