Matt was born on February 25, 1970, and passed away on May 27, 2024.
He was a long-time local that worked in several local restaurants including the Pioneer Inn for over 20 years, The Last Stand, and Canyon Tavern for about six years combined. As well as the Sundance Cafe and Busey Brews.
He is remembered by his friends as a hard worker and quiet guy that loved skiing and golfing.
