Nederland Elementary is wrapping up the school year with a carnival. The PTA hosted the event on May 19. The theme was fun!
There was face painting by Face Fiesta and live music provided by Jack Gaffney. Carnival booths were run by school staff and some high school students helped out, too. There was a book fair and spirit wear to purchase. There was a bouncy house that was very fun. The Nederland Lions Club was there with games and prizes. Adults and kids could get their nails painted. You could also win a sweet treat at the cakewalk.
There was free popcorn inside or two food trucks outside if you got hungry. The food trucks outside were Temaki Tornado and Kaleidoscope Kitchen.
The Nederland Elementary Spring Carnival was full of fun and a wonderful way to bring the community together on the last Friday of the school year.
