On Friday, August 19, 2022, the Town of Nederland released a statement that Marshal Fine-Loven submitted her resignation with her last day as September 30, 2022. Marshal Fine- Loven’s last day on patrol was yesterday, August 31, 2022. In September, she will focus on administrative duties to ensure a smooth transition. Boulder County Sherriff’s Office will continue to provide extra duty coverage throughout the month of September.
