Safety is a vital component to the purpose of emergency responders! What may seem insignificant in the eyes of the community, the responder takes very seriously for their own safety and the safety of others.
This is a national event with agencies participating in towns and cities across the country. Please join us as we build relationships to increase safety in our community. The event in Nederland will begin with activities related to the duties of first responders. At 7 p.m. a Northern Colorado Medevac Chopper is scheduled to land at Guercio Field. Food will be served, which includes hotdogs, chips, cookies and drinks.
