On 10/1/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the KMM parking garage for stolen vehicle parts. A report was taken.

On 10/2/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Dakota parking lot regarding damaged property. A male suspect has been identified.

On 10/2/21, a Black Hawk sergeant responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a counterfeit bill. There is suspect information.

On 10/2/21, a Black Hawk sergeant responded to the Isle Casino on the report of lost property. A search was conducted but the item was not found.

On 10/3/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Isle Casino on a report of a theft of a wheel from a vehicle.

On 10/3/21, a Black Hawk sergeant responded to the Dakota parking lot in reference to a vehicle that had been broken into at that location. An offense report was completed.

On 10/3/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Gilpin Casino on a theft call. Officers were able to track the suspect to another casino and retrieve the property back. The suspect was issued a municipal summons for theft.

On 10/3/21, Black Hawk Police took a report of a Hit and Run occurring at the Isle Casino parking garage.

On 10/4/21, a Black Hawk officer received a phone report of lost property at the Sasquatch Casino. A report was taken.

On 10/4/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Lodge Dakota parking lot for a report of a vehicle trespass. The suspect left the scene before officers arrived.

On 10/4/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Lady Luck Casino parking garage on the report of a theft from a vehicle. No suspects have been identified yet.

On 10/5/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Monarch Hotel regarding a Welfare Concern.

On 10/5/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to Eagles Mart on a report of suspicious credit card transactions.

On 10/5/21, a Black Hawk officer received a report of damage to a gaming device at Bally’s North. The suspect was located and issued a summons.

On 10/5/21, Black Hawk officers took a phone report of a theft that occurred on 10/1/21 at the Isle Casino parking garage. There is no suspect information.

On 10/5/21, Black Hawk officers were on foot patrol at the Monarch Casino and were asked to check an ID. The party was cleared and came back with a warrant out of Gilpin County. The party was transported and booked in on a PR bond and released.

On 10/6/21, Black Hawk officers identified a suspicious vehicle at the parking structure at the Isle of Capri Casino. Multiple parties were issued summons and released on scene.

On 10/6/21, a Black Hawk officer conducted a welfare check in the Monarch Garage, and a female was arrested.

On 10/6/21, Black Hawk officers responded to a non-responsive male at the Lodge Casino. Drugs were located in the party’s possession and were collected for destruction. No charges were filed.

On 10/7/21, Black Hawk officers responded to Lady Luck Casino on a report of a fraudulent check being presented. An adult male was identified and arrested.

On 10/7/21, a Black Hawk officer recovered a stolen license plate in the Monarch Garage.

On 10/7/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Lady Luck Casino on the report of a controlled substance found in a purse. No suspect was present.

On 10/8/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Isle casino on the report of a disturbance. One party was placed on a M1 hold.

On 10/8/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Isle Casino reference a female party being inappropriately touched by a male party. A male suspect was located and taken into custody.

On 10/8/21, a Black Hawk officer assisted Clear Creek PD, Idaho Springs PD, and Gilpin SO with detaining a party who was driving recklessly, striking other vehicles and was in possession of a knife. One male party was arrested by Idaho Spring PD.

On 10/8/21, a Black Hawk officer took a phone report regarding a vehicle break-in. No suspect/s has been linked to the case yet. This case is active pending suspect/s identification.

On 10/9/21, a Black Hawk officer contacted a subject in the 300 block of Main Street for suspicion of DUI. Party was arrested, issued a GC summons #10845, and transported to Lutheran hospital on an M-1 hold.

On 10/9/21, a Black Hawk officer took a report of a hit and run that occurred in the Isle Garage.

On 10/10/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Isle Casino level 1 on a report of a stolen catalytic convertor.

On 10/10/21, a Black Hawk officers responded to the Isle Casino on a cell phone theft. The suspect was found and issued a summons for theft.

On 10/10/21, Black Hawk officers took a phone report of a jacket theft at the Ameristar Casino. A surveillance review was inconclusive and a suspect couldn’t be identified.

On 10/10/21, a Black Hawk officer took a property damage report at the Lodge Casino. The suspect was no longer on scene.

On 10/11/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Monarch Casino in regards to an assault that had just taken place. Those involved were no longer on scene.

On 10/11/2021, Officers responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of a theft. A suspect was located but couldn’t be identified, the case is ongoing.

On 10/11/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Gilpin Casino on a report of a wallet found in the bathroom with narcotics inside.

On 10/12/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Bally’s North Casino on the report of a male pulling a fire alarm. The male left the property and was not located.

On 10/12/21, Black Hawk officers were approached while parked in the 400 block of Main Street. The subject began to threaten officers and was ultimately arrested for Obstruction of a Peace Officer, M/2.

On 10/12/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Lady Luck Casino for a theft incident. A report was taken.

On 10/13/21, Black Hawk Police took a report of a stolen purse at the Mardi Gras/North Bally’s Casino.

On 10/13/21, Black Hawk officers took a phone report from a male in Denver who stated he was being threatened by a male in Black Hawk. A report was taken.

On 10/13/21, Black Hawk officers were dispatched to a harassment involving an employee that occurred the week prior at the Monarch Casino. The investigation is ongoing, a suspect has been identified.

On 10/13/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to a property damage incident at the Saratoga Casino. A report was taken.

On 10/13/2021, Black Hawk officers responded to Main Street and Mill Street to assist CSP with a traffic stop involving a Violation of a Protective Order. The suspect was arrested.

On 10/14/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Golden Gates Casino on a harassment report. After further investigation, it was determined that no crime was committed.

On 10/15/21, Black Hawk officers were asked to assist the Colorado State Patrol with locating a vehicle that fled from a traffic stop. Officers located the vehicle and took the suspect into custody at a residence off of Dory Hill Road.

On 10/15/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of a theft of money from an ATM machine.

On 10/15/21, a Black Hawk officer was given a found Colorado paper Identification and a debit card. Both items have been booked into evidence.

On 10/16/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of an intoxicated party driving out of the parking garage. A GC summons was issued for driving under the influence.

On 10/16/21, Black Hawk officers were dispatched to a report of some kind of crystallized drug found near the Centennial Market in the Ameristar Casino. Video surveillance was able to identify a suspect and attempts are being made to contact him to serve him a summons for unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

On 10/16/21, Black Hawk officers were on routine patrol in the Isle of Capri parking garage located an unoccupied vehicle that had a reported stolen license plate on it from the Arvada Police Department. No suspect could be identified.

On 10/17/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Lady Luck Garage to assist the Division of Gaming. The suspect got into a vehicle and the vehicle failed to stop.

On 10/17/21, a Black Hawk officer contacted a party at the Lodge Casino with active warrants. The party was transported to the Gilpin County Jail for located warrants.

On 10/17/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on a theft report. The suspect was identified and will be contacted.

On 10/17/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of a lost cell phone. A report was taken.

On 10/18/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a counterfeit bill. A report was taken and the bill was confiscated.

On 10/18/21, a Black Hawk officer completed a phone report of a stolen rear license plate from a vehicle from the Lodge parking lot.

On 10/18/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Lodge Casino for lost property. Report taken.

On 10/19/21, Black Hawk officers were conducting a routine walk through the Monarch Casino. Officers were flagged down and asked to conduct an identification verification which resulted in the arrest for a felony warrant.

On 10/19/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of a disturbance. After investigation, it was determined the disturbance was only verbal. A male was arrested for a warrant.

On 10/20/21, Black Hawk officers were dispatched to a verbal disturbance at the Isle of Capri Casino. After talking to the reporting party there was no evidence that a crime occurred.

On 10/20/21, Black Hawk officers were dispatched to a counterfeit $100 bill at the Monarch Casino. The people who had the bill got it from their bank and did not know the bill was counterfeit. The case is inactive.

On 10/20/21, Black Hawk Police took a report of a two vehicle accident that occurred at the Monarch Casino. There were no injuries and the parties have been identified.

On 10/20/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Wild Card Casino on a call of a counterfeit

$100 bill.

On 10/20/21, a Black Hawk City Hall employee advised dispatch of a found property item turned into the main desk. The item was reportedly found along the creek path. The item is described as a small backpack containing basic clothing, lighter, knife, power charger and a Player’s Card. The property was booked for safekeeping.

On 10/22/21, Black Hawk Police responded to the Monarch Casino to collect a firearm found in a hotel room. A possible owner has been identified. The firearm has been booked for safekeeping.

On 10/22/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the 100 block of Miners Mesa Road regarding a non-injury hit and run accident. There is no suspect information available at this time.

On 10/22/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the 400 block of Main Street regarding suspicious activity. A male party was contacted and transported to the hospital.

On 10/23/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Ameristar hotel on the report of a physical disturbance. The suspects were separated and upon further evidence review, no charges were pressed.

On 10/23/21, Black Hawk officers received a phone report regarding a stolen license plate. There is no suspect information available at this time.

On 10/23/21, a Black Hawk officer assisted CSP as a translator for a suspected driver under the influence. One suspect was arrested for DUI and transported to Gilpin County Jail.

On 10/25/21, Black Hawk officers were on foot patrol at the Isle Casino. A casino patron reported he had lost his cell in the restroom on 10/22/21.

On 10/25/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Monarch Casino on a report of found narcotics. The suspect was identified and later issued a summons.

On 10/25/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Gilpin Casino on a report of found drugs. The drugs were back-tracked to a female suspect who was located and arrested. Charges are pending for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

On 10/25/21, a Black Hawk officer had a camper towed from the city storage lot by Black Hawk Towing.

On 10/25/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a lost wallet containing $2000 dollars cash that was returned without the money. A suspect was identified, but would not make contact with the officer.

On 10/26/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Bally’s North Casino in reference to a stolen wallet. A report was taken.

On 10/27/21, a Black Hawk officer took a cold theft report from a hotel room at the Ameristar. A suspect was identified.

On 10/28/21, Black Hawk police were dispatched to the Ameristar Casino on a report of a male damaging property and harassing staff members. Suspect was identified and arrested.

On 10/28/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Mardi Gras Casino on a report of a cold theft case. The suspect was identified and later contacted at the Monarch Casino during a medical call. He was released on a summons.

On 10/28/21, Black Hawk Police took a report from a male party stating that a motorcycle he had parked at the Isle Casino was stolen between October 22nd and October 28th. The motorcycle was found by the R/P and determined to not have been stolen.

On 10/28/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of a stolen phone. Two Municipal summons for theft were issued.

On 10/29/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Monarch Casino for a male who was intoxicated and would not leave the premises. After all other options were exhausted, the male was transported to the detox center for his safety.

On 10/29/21, a Black Hawk officer was dispatched to the Gilpin Casino on a report of a stolen coat. The suspect was identified and received a summons and released.

On 10/29/21, a Black Hawk officer stopped a vehicle for careless driving witnessed at the 6300 block of Highway 119. The driver was arrested for DUI and other charges.

On 10/30/21, Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Monarch Casino on a report of a

Fraud involving a hotel employee who fell victim to a telephone scam. A suspect has not been identified and the case is ongoing.

On 10/30/21, Black Hawk police responded to a report of a male that headbutted another guest at the Monarch Casino. The victim declined to prosecute the male party. However, the male party was found to be in violation of a protection order. The male party was arrested but denied entry into the Gilpin County Jail due to Covid-19 restrictions. The male party was released on a summons.

On 10/30/21, Black Hawk Police responded to the Isle Casino on a report of drugs found in a restroom. The suspected drugs were collected and booked for destruction. No suspect has been identified.

On 10/30/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to 111 Hillside Street on a report of a suspicious party that had been observed in the area earlier that morning. No suspect has been identified and a report was taken.

On 10/30/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Isle Casino on the report of a theft. The female was issued a summons.

On 10/30/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to a hit and run accident in the Monarch Casino parking garage. The case is under investigation.

On 10/31/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Isle parking garage on the report of a suspect breaking into a vehicle. The suspect fled the scene and was not identified.

On 10/31/21, a Black Hawk officer located a stolen vehicle in the 200 block of Gregory Street.

On 10/31/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to 240 Main Street, on a report of a found wallet. The male party who tried to claim the wallet left before officers arrived.
