On 2/1/21, Black Hawk officers were advised of a trespass while on foot at the Isle Casino. The suspect was contacted and issued and released on a municipal summons for trespass. A report was taken.

On 2/1/21, a Black Hawk officer was dispatched to the KMM Parking Garage on the report of damaged property. An investigation was conducted and a report was taken.

On 2/2/21, Black Hawk Police took a report of a vehicle that trespassed into the Saratoga Casino. Suspects were identified. The case is under further investigation.

On 2/2/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Monarch Casino in reference to a female on location with an active criminal trespass. The female was located and issued a summons.

On 2/3/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Isle Casino on the report of a fraudulent ID. A male party was contacted and issued a summons for unlawful possession of an ID.

On 2/3/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Ameristar Hotel on the report of a physical disturbance. A female party was arrested for harassment (DV).

On 2/3/21, a Black Hawk officer took a phone report of a license plate theft. The victim stated his vehicle was parked at 401 Main Street the Isle Casino parking garage on level two. There is no camera coverage where the vehicle was parked.

On 2/4/21, Black Hawk Police responded to a report of found drugs at the Ameristar Casino. No suspect was identified. The item was seized for destruction.

On 2/4/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Isle Casino on a report of a lost cell phone. Isle surveillance discovered the phone was actually stolen and the suspect was contacted and issued a municipal summons for theft.

On 2/5/21, Black Hawk officers conducted an ID check at 111 Richman Street, a summons was issued.

On 2/6/21, Black Hawk Police responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of a counterfeit bill being passed by a suspect who was still on scene. Prior to officer arrival, the suspect left property. The bill was collected and a report was taken.

On 2/6/21, Black Hawk Police took a report of damaged property that occurred at the Ameristar Parking garage. 

On 2/6/21, Black Hawk officers responded to Highway 119 at Main Street in reference to a vehicle accident. A female party was released on a summons.

On 2/6/21, Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Lodge Casino on the report of a disturbance between a male and female party. An investigation was conducted and the male party was taken into custody, issued a summons and transported to Gilpin County Jail.

On 2/7/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Monarch Hotel on the report of a possible overdose.

On 2/8/21, a REDDI report was made to Black Hawk Police Department, a traffic stop was made at Highway 119 mile marker 5.5, and an arrest was made.

On 2/8/21, a Black Hawk officer completed a traffic stop on a vehicle that failed to use a turn signal and had expired license plates (December of 2019). Driver admitted to having no insurance and no registration. The driver also admitted to being issued a recent summons for the same violation. Another summons was issued to the driver. The passenger was found to have three active arrest warrants. The vehicle was towed due to repeated warnings for no insurance and no registration. The passenger was transported to Gilpin County Jail.

On 2/8/21, a Black Hawk officer took a phone report of a cold theft from a motor vehicle. After further investigation, no suspect information was attainable. A report was taken.

On 2/8/21, a Black Hawk officer took a report of a property damage accident that occurred on Cooper Street.

On 2/8/21, Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Isle Casino to locate a suicidal party. The party was found, placed on an M1 hold, and transferred to the hospital for further evaluation.

On 2/9/21, Black Hawk officers responded to take a counterfeit bill report at the Lodge Casino.

On 2/9/21, a Black Hawk officer took a report from a Black Hawk City Fleet personnel who was reporting a stolen 2 way radio from his vehicle. The vehicle was parked near the gazebo in the 100 block of Black Hawk Street. A report was made.

On 2/9/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Lodge Casino on a call of damage property. The suspect was identified and contacted.

On 2/10/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the 4th level of the Ameristar parking garage in reference to possible drug activity. The officer arrived on location and took one white male into custody.

On 2/10/21, a Black Hawk officer took a report of suspicious activity in the area of 900 Miners Mesa. A report was taken.

On 2/10/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Monarch Casino on reference of a counterfeit bill.

On 2/11/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of a theft. A report was taken and investigation is ongoing.

On 2/12/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Ameristar Casino for theft of property. A suspect was located and issued summons.

On 2/12/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Monarch Hotel reference a party trespassing. A female party was taken into custody.

On 2/13/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a trespassing party. A summons was issued.

On 2/13/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Isle Casino on the report of trespassing. A report was taken and investigation is ongoing.

On 2/13/21, Black Hawk Police recovered a stolen vehicle in the Lady Luck parking garage.

On 2/14/21, Black Hawk Police took a report of a stolen vehicle at the Lodge Casino.

On 2/14/21, Black Hawk Police responded to the Ameristar Hotel on the report of a disturbance. One party was arrested for felony menacing and criminal mischief.

On 2/14/21, a Black Hawk officer was dispatched to the Isle Casino on the report of theft of a cell phone. No suspect information was attainable. A report was taken.

On 2/14/21, Black Hawk officers took a report of lost property  at the Ameristar Casino. 

On 2/15/21, Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the front of the Saratoga Casino on the report of a party that fell out of a wheelchair. The party did not state any injuries or complain of any pain. Medics cleared the party and did not transport.

On 2/16/21, a Black Hawk officer was dispatched to the Isle Casino, on the report of a found wallet with counterfeit bills inside. The case is under further investigation.

On 2/16/21, Black Hawk officers responded to Miners Mesa Road to assist Gilpin County. A male party was arrested for DUI.

On 2/17/21, a Black Hawk officer completed a phone report for theft of a license plate.

On 2/17/21, Black Hawk officers were dispatched to mile marker 8.5 on Highway 119 for a non-injury vehicle accident.

On 2/17/21, officers responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of a theft. A male party was located and issued a summons.

On 2/18/21, Black Hawk officers responded to a medical assist at 101 Main Street.

On 2/19/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a physical disturbance. A male party was arrested for harassment (DV).

On 2/19/21, Black Hawk officers received a phone report reference to a theft of property at the Ameristar Casino.

On 2/20/21, Black Hawk Police responded to a report of a party that fell at the Isle Casino. While on scene another party advised that they had been in an altercation with the party that fell. A report was taken.

On 2/20/21, Black Hawk Police took a report from a party who parked a green 2001 Chevy Suburban on level 2 of the Isle Parking garage and discovered someone damaged the driver side door lock and steering column. 

On 2/20/21, an officer was called to the Isle Hotel for a welfare check. A report was taken.

On 2/20/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Lady Luck Casino on a reference of found drugs.

On 2/21/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Ameristar Casino, for a reported harassment issue. A report was taken.

On 2/21/21, a Black Hawk officer initiated a traffic stop at the Isle Casino’s Valet in reference to a Reddi report. A summons was issued for this stop.

On 2/22/21, a Black Hawk officer received a report of a found cell phone at the Lodge Casino. A report was taken.

On 2/22/21, a Black Hawk officer was dispatched on a phone report of a lost wallet. A report was taken.

On 2/24/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Ameristar Casino to investigate a 911 hang up. A male party was arrested for violation of a protection order and criminal impersonation.

On 2/24/21, a Black Hawk officer took a report of a stolen vehicle from the Isle Casino. The case is under further investigation.

On 2/24/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Lodge Casino valet in reference to a stolen vehicle. A summons was issued for False Reporting to authorities.

On 2/25/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Isle Casino on a report of a $50 counterfeit bill. It was determined the bill was not counterfeit but a prop bill.

On 2/25/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of a party trespassing. A female was issued a summons for trespassing and false information to law enforcement.

On 2/26/21, Black Hawk officers responded to a medical call at the Isle Casino.

On 2/26/21, a Black Hawk officer was dispatched to the Lodge Casino on the report of a guest who says $500 dollars cash fell out of his pocket. An investigation was conducted and a report was taken.

On 2/27/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Monarch Casino in reference to a disturbance. An arrest was made.

On 2/27/21, an officer responded to the Gilpin Casino regarding a lost purse.

On 2/28/21, Black Hawk Police officer responded to the Isle Casino on a loss of property report. A report was taken for this incident.

On 2/28/21, Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Monarch Casino on the report of an assault between a male and female party. An investigation was conducted, the male party was taken into custody, and transported to Gilpin County Jail.
