On 4/1/19 at approximately 9:05 a.m., officers were dispatched to 201 Selak Street on the report of a disturbance. A male party was taken into custody and a female party was released on a summons.
On 4/1/19 an officer responded to the Monarch Casino for a report of stolen construction equipment.

On 4/2/19 Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Isle Casino reference a trespass. Upon arrival, they met with the subject and escorted him off property.
On 4/2/19 at approximately 5:44 p.m., an officer responded to the Monarch Casino on a call of a counterfeit $20 bill. The casino patron said he received the counterfeit $20 bill as change. The bill was seized and placed into evidence.
On 4/3/19 at approximately 3:52 a.m., an officer observed a vehicle on Highway 119 and MM 5.8 not displaying headlamps. The male driver was arrested on an outstanding warrant as well as additional fraud charges. The case in ongoing.
On 4/3/19 an officer responded to the public works building on the report of a traffic accident which had occurred in the parking area outside. The accident resulted in damage to one of the city owned vehicles.
On 4/4/19 officers responded to an intoxicated party that would not leave the casino floor. The male was escorted to his hotel room where he was told to stay. The male would not follow directions and kept attempting to leave and return to the casino floor. The male was placed on a detox hold.
On 4/4/19 officers from the Black Hawk Police Department assisted the Denver Police Department with recovering a stolen vehicle and a party wanted on felony warrants at the Monarch Casino. The party was transported to the Gilpin County Jail.
On 4/4/19 an officer was dispatched to the Isle Casino on reports of found property. The items were recovered and booked in for safekeeping.
On 4/4/19 an officer received a phone report regarding an assault out of Aurora Police Department. A report was completed.
On 4/4/19 officers responded to the Golden Gates Casino regarding an intoxicated party. Party had been identified and escorted off property.
On 4/4/19 at approximately 4:16 p.m., officers responded to the Lodge Casino on a report of a male party consuming drugs in the parking lot. A male party was arrested and booked into Gilpin County Jail.
On 4/4/19 officers responded to the Ameristar Casino regarding a female party wanting to turn herself in for warrants. Due to the female party’s health condition, she was transported to Saint Anthony’s Hospital.
On 4/5/19 an officer took a report on a lost cell phone. The phone was tracked, and a report was taken.
On 4/5/19 at approximately 5:44 p.m., officers responded to the Wild Card Casino on a report of a theft. No suspects were identified, and a report was completed.
On 4/5/19 at approximately 11:56 p.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a disturbance. A female party was taken into custody and booked into Gilpin County Jail.
On 4/6/19 officers were waived down by a party at the intersection of Gregory Street and High Street requesting assistance. The party was voluntarily transported to a crisis center.
On 4/6/19 a woman contacted the Black Hawk Police Department to report that her wallet had been lost around 1 a.m. that morning while she was at the Ameristar Casino.
On 4/6/19 officers responded to the Isle Casino on reports of a stolen cell phone. Phone was recovered and suspects were issued a summons.
On 4/6/19 at approximately 6:28 p.m., officers responded to the 300 Block of Main Street on a report of an accident. A charter bus struck a light pole and a report was completed.
On 4/6/19 officers responded to the Z-Casino on the report of private property damage. Investigation determined the damage to be the result of a hit and run accident. A suspect has been identified.
On 4/6/19 at approximately 11:48 p.m., officers responded to 111 Richman Street on a report of a theft of cash. A report was completed regarding the incident.
On 4/7/19 officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a male party being sprayed with pepper spray. The case is under further investigation.
On 4/7/19 at approximately 2:39 a.m., a Gilpin County deputy called for emergent cover at mile marker 6.2 of Hwy 119. A male party fought with the deputy then ran into the woods. A male party was eventually located and taken into custody.
On 4/7/19 at approximately 5: 19 p.m., officers responded to 401 Main Street on a report of a theft. A male was cited for theft and a report was completed.
On 4/8/19 at approximately 4:22 p.m., officers responded to 240 Main Street main cage on a report of stolen cell phone. A report was completed regarding the incident.
On 4/8/19 an officer responded to the 200 block of Horn Street for a dog at large. Report taken.
On 4/9/19 officers were dispatched to the Ameristar hotel and casino on a complaint of damaged property. A male suspect was contacted, issued, and released on a summons.
On 4/9/19 an officer responded to the Lady Luck Casino for a credit card fraud issue. Report taken.
On 4/10/19 officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a physical disturbance. After the investigation, a male was issued a summons for harassment.
On 4/10/19 at approximately 3:11 a.m., an officer responded to 111 Richman Street, the Ameristar Casino on a call of a found backpack. The male was found, and the backpack was returned.
Black Hawk police officers responded to the Isle Casino for a report of an employee theft. Suspect was contacted but the victim declined to pursue charges.
On 4/10/19 at approximately 12:28 p.m., Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Casino reference a party trespassing on the property. A male suspect was issued and released on a summons.
On 4/11/19 officers were advised of a male party at the Ameristar Casino with an active warrant. Party was contacted and taken into custody.
On 4/11/19 a party called to report a hit and run accident that occurred at the Lady Luck Casino.
On 4/12/19 officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of an intoxicated female striking a casino employee and a male party. The female was taken into custody and transported to Gilpin County Jail.
On 4/12/19 a party known to be anti- government and anti-law enforcement contacted the Black Hawk Police Department to ask questions regarding being asked to leave casino property.
On 4/12/19 at approximately 10:37 p.m. officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of a disturbance. A male party was placed into custody for harassment and booked into Gilpin County Jail.
On 4/13/19 officers responded to the Lady Luck Hotel on alert tones regarding a physical disturbance inside a hotel room. After further investigation, the primary aggressor was arrested for domestic violence assault and transported to the Gilpin County Jail.
On 4/13/19 at approximately 12:18 a.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a bomb threat and robbery. A male party was taken into custody and was determined to not have a bomb.
On 4/13/19, an officer responded to the Isle Casino regarding a hit and run. A suspect has not yet been identified.
On 4/13/19 at approximately 5:51 p.m., officers responded to the Monarch Casino on a report of found drugs. The drugs were seized and booked at the Black Hawk Police Department to be destroyed.
On 4/14/19 at approximately 3:42 a.m., officers responded to a REDDI report in the Ameristar Parking Garage. The driver was arrested for DUI.
On 4/14/19 at approximately 11:30 a.m. an officer was notified of a theft on level 5 of the Ameristar Garage level 5. A report was taken and it was determined the items may have been lost, not stolen.
On 4/15/19 an officer responded to the Wild Card Casino regarding a male party trying to cash in a bad check on 4/11/19. A suspect has been identified and will be an ongoing investigation.
On 4/16/19 at approximately 10:37 p.m., officers responded to a call on Miners Mesa Road on a report of damage to city property.
On 4/16/19 an officer responded to the Lodge Casino to locate a theft suspect for Division of Gaming. Suspect was found and taken into custody.
On 4/19/19 at approximately 4:56 p.m., an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino to the security office regarding found drugs. A report was completed regarding the incident.
On 4/17/19 the Gilpin County Sheriff’s Office responded to assist the Black Hawk Police Department with a report of a male party trespassing at the Ameristar Casino. The party was located and transported to the Gilpin County Jail. Black Hawk PD responded to the ISLE casino for a report of ARSON.
On 4/17/19 a party called to report that he received a scam via the mail. A report was taken, but no suspects have been identified.
On 4/17/19 at approximately 6:57 p.m., officers responded to 300 Main Street security office on a report of a female who has been trespassed from the Mardi Gras Casino Property. The female was cited for trespass and a report was completed.
On 4/18/19 the Black Hawk Police Department responded to the report of a male party at the Ameristar Casino with outstanding warrants for his arrest. The party was transported to the Gilpin County Jail.
On 4/18/19 at approximately 7:20 p.m., officers received a phone report reference lost property.
On 4/18/19 at approximately 11:49 p.m., a male party was contacted for sleeping in the Lady Luck hotel lobby. The male party was cleared and came back with three warrants. He was arrested on the warrants and booked into the Gilpin County jail.
On 4/19/19 officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a male with a possible warrant. The male was contacted and arrested on a warrant.
On 4/19/19 Black Hawk Police and Fire were called to the Ameristar Casino and Hotel located at 111 Richman Street regarding a small fire in a hotel room on the 30th floor. Hotel staff extinguished the fire and damage was limited to a small trash can. Fire ventilated the smoke from the room and hallway. Police contacted the room occupant on the casino floor and determined that no charges would be filed.
On 4/19/19 the Black Hawk Police Department responded to an accident at the KMM parking garage. A report was taken, and a summons was issued.
On 4/19/19 the Black Hawk Police Department responded to a report of a counterfeit $20 bill. A suspect was contacted, and a report taken.
On 4/19/19 BHPD officers were dispatched to a non-injury motor vehicle accident on Hwy119 at MM7. At fault driver was issued a municipal summons for unsafe lane change. Colorado State accident form was completed.
On 4/19/19 officers responded to the Monarch Casino for a domestic issue. Upon investigation completion, a male party was taken into custody and transported to the Gilpin County Jail.
On 4/20/19 officers responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of a counterfeit bill. The bill was collected, and a report taken.
On 4/20/19 officers responded to the Saratoga Casino to assist medical on a possible sexual assault. The investigation is ongoing.
On 4/20/19 at approximately 3:31 a.m., an officer responded to the Golden Gates Casino on a call of an intoxicated male and female refusing to leave.
On 4/20/19 at approximately5:04 a.m., officers responded to the Isle Casino parking garage level 3 on a call of a vehicle trespass. There is no camera coverage where the vehicle was parked, surveillance was unable to determine who broke into the vehicle.
On 4/20/19 an officer responded to a disturbance at the Lodge Casino. One person was taken into custody and a report was taken.
On 4/20/19 at 10:18 a.m., Black Hawk Police officers were sent to the Lodge Casino regarding two counterfeit bills recovered at the casino main cage. The suspect was contacted and the counterfeit bills were taken as evidence and sent to the Secret Service for further investigation. No charges were filed.
On 4/21/19 at approximately 12:17 a.m., a driver was found to be revoked (HTO) after being contacted on a traffic stop. The driver had 12 additional active driving restraints. The driver was arrested and transported to the Gilpin County Jail.
On 4/21/19 officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a theft. An investigation was conducted, and the suspect could not be identified.
On 4/21/19 officers responded to the Ameristar Casino regarding a counterfeit $10 bill. The bill was recovered and booked into evidence.
On 4/30/19 at approximately 12:03 a.m., an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on a call of suspicious activity. Investigation determined it was domestic violence and warrant was issued.
On 4/30/19 Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Lodge Casino on a road rage incident. After speaking with both parties involved no crime was committed.
On 4/30/19 officers responded to the Isle Casino for a medical disturbance issue. Upon investigation completion, the party was released with a summons.
