Criminal in handcuffsOn 3/7/16 an officer was dispatched to a welfare check, inside the KMM parking garage (255 Main Street). Party was located and transported.

On 3/07/16 an officer took a phone report, on the report of a personal injury accident, which occurred on Saturday 3/05/16 evening, at the intersection of Gregory and Main Streets.

On 3/07/16 at approximately 1031 hours, Officers responded to Black Hawk Street and Main Street on a minor motor vehicle accident. The driver of the vehicle who struck the other vehicle from behind was issued a municipal summons for following to close.

On 3/07/16 an officer took a phone report of a lost wedding ring, which occurred on 2/23/16.

On 3/07/16 at approximately 1149 hours, Officers responded to 111 Richman Street, the Ameristar Casino on a call of found property. The property was taken the the Black Hawk Police Department and booked into safe keeping.

On 3/07/16 officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Casino, on the report of a party with an active warrant. The party was arrested and transported to the Gilpin County Jail.

On 3/08/16 at approximately 0042 hours an officer observed a vehicle traveling southbound on Highway 119 without headlights on and weaving. The vehicle was stopped and through further investigation the driver was determined to be under the influence of alcohol. The driver was transported to the Gilpin County Jail.

On 3/08/16 an officer contacted a vehicle for a traffic violation (100 block of Richman Street). Driver was found to have an active warrant and taken into custody.

On 3/08/16 an officer took a phone report of a hit and run accident, which occurred at the Lady Luck Parking Garage. No suspect information was attainable. A Colorado State accident report was completed.

On 3/08/16 at approximately 1641 hours, Officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Hotel on the report of stolen property. Two suspects have been identified.

On 3/08/16 at approximately 0830 hours, Officers responded to an accident in the Isle Casino valet are (401 Main Street). A valet employee damaged a vehicle and left the scene. The employee was contacted and issued a County Summons.

On 3/9/2016 at approximately 0253 hours, Officers responded to 401 Main Street (Isle Casino) guest safety on a report of a counterfeit $20.00 bill. The $20.00 bill was collected for evidence and a report was completed regarding the incident.

On 3/09/16 Officer Metcalfe responded to the Isle Casino on the report of a theft. One suspect was arrested and the other was released pressing charges.

On 3/10/16 at approximately 1500 hours, an officer took a phone report of a vehicle getting keyed on 3/8/2016. There are no suspects at this time and a report was taken.

On 3/10/16 at approximately 2234 hours, an officer was dispatched to the report of a hit-and-run at the Monarch Casino. A suspect has been identified.

On 3/11/16 an officer responded to the Golden Gates Casino on the report of a criminal trespass. A summons was issued.

On 3/11/16 at approximately 1221 hours, an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of a physical fight between a male and female party.

On 3/11/16 a woman fell on the side walk at the Lodge Casino at approximately 14:50 hours and suffered from an injury to her head. She was transported to the hospital in good condition.

On 3/11/16 an officer responded to the Canyon Casino on the report of a wanted party. Items found on the person were booked into evidence as found property because the jail would not accept them.

On 3/11/16 an officer responded to the Dory Hill water treatment facility on the report of a traffic accident. As a result of the accident, there was damage to city property.

On 3/11/16 at approximately 1714 hours, an officer was dispatched to the report of a hit and run accident. The suspect was located and charged.

On 3/11/16 at approximately 1830 hours, an officer responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of a patron passing a counterfeit $20 bill. The bill was seized and a report was taken.

On 3/11/16 at approximately 2327 hours, Officers responded to 300 Main Street, Bourbon Street Buffet (Mardi Gras Casino) on a reported theft. A report was completed regarding the incident.

On 3/12/16, an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a lost wallet. No suspects were identified and a report was taken.

On 3/12/16 at approximately 0029 hours, an officer observed a vehicle driving without headlights on and she attempted to conduct a traffic stop with that vehicle. The vehicle stopped but then took off at a high rate of speed from Officer Hansen almost causing a crash. A suspect was identified and a report was taken.

On 3/12/16 an officer responded to 444 Main Street (Monarch Casino) on a reported vandalism. A report was completed regarding the incident.

On 3/12/16 at approximately 0329 hours, an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino (111 Richman St.) for a report of found drugs. A suspect was identified and taken into custody.

On 3/12/16 an officer was dispatched to the Ameristar, on the report of theft of a light bar from a truck. After further investigation, the vehicle did not have the light bar on its vehicle when it entered the Ameristar parking garage, on 03116.

On 3/12/16 an officer was dispatched to the Ameristar Casino, on the report of a party who knocked coffee on the poker room computer. Party was later contacted in his vehicle at Church and Gregory Street. He had an active warrant for his arrest. The party was arrested and transported to the Gilpin County Jail.

On 3/12/16 at approximately 1652 hours, an officer responded to the Saratoga Casino (101 Main St) for a report of an employee who refused to leave property. The employee was issued a summons for trespassing and escorted off property.

On 3/13/16 at approximately 0100 hours an officer responded to the Isle Casino (401 Main St.) on the report of a stolen wallet. Surveillance was reviewed and a suspect was not identified. A report was taken.

On 3/13/16 at approximately 1302 hours a male party arrived at the Police Department to report a party with warrants. The suspect was located at the Sasquatch casino (125 Gregory Street), and placed into custody. He was booked into Gilpin County Jail.
