On 2/1/16 an officer was dispatched to 340 Ma¡n Street, on the report of a motor vehicle accident. The suspect vehicle and driver were later contacted by the Golden Police Department. A Colorado state accident report was completed.
On 2/2/16 officers and firefighters responded to the Ameristar Casino, on the report of a pull station fire alarm activation.
On 2/2/16 at approximately 0732 hours, officers responded the Ameristar Casino parking garage on a call of two females smoking drugs in a vehicle. One suspect was arrested and transported to the Gilpin County jail, the other suspect was released on a summons.
On 2/3/16 at approximately 0031 hours, an officer responded to then lsle Hotel, for a domestic assault. Upon investigation completion, both male and female parties were arrested for various charges.
On 2/3/16 An officer responded to the 700 block of Miners Mesa Road on the report of an accident. The driver had lost control of their vehicle and ran into the snow bank on the side of the roadway.
On 2/3/16 at approximately 0840 hours, Officers responded to 111 Richman Street, the Ameristar Casino parking lot on a call of a hit and run. The suspect was contacted and issued a summons.
On 2/3/16 at approximately 1334 hours, Officers responded to 444 Main Street, the Monarch Casino on a call of a counterfeit $20,00 dollar bill, Suspect said she received the bill as change from a gas station.
On 2/4/16 at approximately 1355 hours, an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of a stolen led light.
On 2/4/16 at approximately 1858 hours, an officer responded to the Isle Casino on the report of a lost wallet, Through further investigation, the wallet was determined to have been stolen and a suspect was identified.
On 2/5/16 an officer responded to the Isle Casino (401 Main Street), for a stolen wallet. Suspect was contacted and issued a summons for theft, wallet was returned to owner.
On 2/6/16 at approximately 0039 hours, Officers responded to 111 Richman Street (Ameristar Casino) on a report of a male urinating in the parking garage. A male was contacted and was cited for urinating in public.
On 2/6/16 an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a lost cell phone. A report was taken.
On 2/6/16 at approximately 0330 hours, an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino located at 111 Richman St. on the report of an intoxicated party driving around the garage. Prior to arrival the suspect vehicle struck two separate vehicles causing damage, an officer made contact with the suspect vehicle and an arrest was made.
On 2/6/16 an officer responded to the Lodge Casino for a domestic assault. Suspect was located, identified and arrested on an unrelated charge.
On 2/7/16 at approximately 1947 hours, Officers were dispatched to the Golden Gates Casino on the report of a theft. A male party on scene was issued and released on a Municipal summons.
On 2/8/16 at approximately 1130 hours, Officer Sayers responded to the 100 Block of Main Street next to the Canyon Casino valet to investigate the damage to a city light fixture. Officer Sayers was unable to determine howor when the light fixture was damaged.
On 2/9/16 at approximately 0312 hours, Officer Sayers responded to 240 Main Street, the Lodge Casino hotel on a found sandwich bag with a white powdery substance in it. The sandwich bag with the white substance was found next to the coffee pot, which appeared to be powdered coffee creamer. It was booked into evidence to be destroyed.
On 2/10/16 an officer responded to the Saratoga Casino (101 Main Street), for an intoxicated female. Party was transported to the hospital for evaluation.
On 2/11/16 at approximately 0230 hours, Officers responded to the 100 Block of Gregory Street on a report of a female who possibly fell and broke her wrist. The female was transported to Saint Anthony’s Hospital ER and a report was taken regarding the incident.
On 2/12/16 an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a disturbance which had occurred in a hotel room. The involved parties were separated.
On 2/13/16 at approximately 0153 hours, Officers responded to 111 Richman Street (Ameristar Casino) on a reported disturbance. After further investigation, it was determined a harassment, domestic violence took place. One party was arrested and transported to the Gilpin County Jail an charged with domestic violence, harassment and criminal mischief.
On 2/13/16 an officer took a phone report regarding a dealer hitting a patron on the back of the neck. After further investigation, harassment was unfounded.
On 2/13/16 a female party walked into the police department and filed a report for a missing diamond ring.
On 2/13/16 an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino (111 Richman Street) for a lost/stolen wallet. Upon investigation completion, no suspect could be identified at this time.
On 2/14/16 at approximately 1704 hours, Officers took a report on a missing person.
