On 2/1/24, at approximately 10:02 a.m., Black Hawk officers saw a vehicle linked to a wanted felonious suspect. Officers performed a traffic stop and took the fugitive into custody without incident.

On 2/1/24, at approximately 10:28 p.m., officers were called to the Wild Card Casino on a report of a theft. A suspect was contacted and issued a summons. A report was completed.

On 2/2/24, the Black Hawk Police Department contacted the male driver of a vehicle after a caller reported them as a possible drunk driver. There was no evidence of impairment and the driver was released.

On 2/2/24, an officer conducted a welfare check on a driver in a parked vehicle that was located in the Saratoga parking garage. The vehicle had the driver's window covered with a blanket. The female driver was contacted and was just getting ready to leave. A warning not to sleep or linger in the parking garages was advised.

On 2/2/24, at approximately 4:55 p.m., officers responded to the Horseshoe Casino on the report of a theft. A suspect was located and cited.

On 2/2/24, at approximately 5:47 p.m., a suspect who is from another country tried to present a photo of his passport as ID at the Horseshoe Casino located at 401 Main Street. The suspect then presented his friend's ID card. The suspect and friends were gambling before the security contact. The assist and case were sent to the Department of Gaming.

On 2/2/24, at approximately 9:08 p.m., officers responded to the Lady Luck Casino on the report of two male parties getting into a verbal argument. Neither party wanted charges filed and agreed to stay away from each other.

On 2/2/24, at approximately 11:39 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a prohibited U-turn occurring at Highway 119 and Gregory Street. The driver was given a verbal warning and a field interview report was completed.

On 2/2/24, at approximately 11:59 p.m., officers contacted the occupant of a suspicious vehicle in the Bally's parking garage. A field interview report was completed.

On 2/3/24, at approximately 3:53 a.m., Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Horseshoe Casino on a report of a male party who defecated on the casino floor. The male party was contacted and issued a summons.

On 2/3/24, a party called the Black Hawk Police Department to report a firearm found on their property. The firearm and related items were collected and booked into safekeeping.

On 2/3/24, at approximately 10:43 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for expired license plates occurring at Gregory Street and Highway 119. The driver was issued a penalty assessment and a report was completed.

On 2/4/24, at approximately 3:03 a.m., officers responded to the Dakota Lot on a report of a possibly intoxicated driver. The party was located and was not driving yet, however, agreed to get a hotel room, and a field interview report was completed.

On 2/4/24, officers with the Black Hawk Police Department responded to the Monarch Casino on a report of a trespassed party on the property. The party became verbally aggressive with staff and officers and resisted when officers attempted to place him in handcuffs. The party was issued a trespass municipal summons.

On 2/5/24, a vehicle struck a light pole and a city employee reported it. No suspect was identified.

On 2/5/24, an officer received a lost cellular phone report at the Black Hawk Police Department. A report was taken.

On 2/5/24, at approximately 6:51 p.m., Black Hawk officers responded to Ameristar Casino on the report of a disturbance occurring between a female victim and a male suspect. Upon arrival it was determined that the parties were married and that the male party was the aggressor. The male party was arrested and transported to the Black Hawk Police Department where he was waiting to be booked. While detained the male began to experience trouble breathing patterns and side pains. Medics were called and the male suspect was transported to St. Anthony Hospital for medical evaluation.

On 2/5/24, officers took a phone report regarding a lost cell phone. The party believed that the incident happened at the Monarch Casino. A report was taken.

On 2/6/24, at approximately 12:44 a.m., officers observed a vehicle at the 6000 block of Highway 119 following another vehicle too closely. The driver was issued a verbal warning.

On 2/6/24, at approximately 1:03 a.m., officers responded to the report of a stolen vehicle from the Ameristar parking garage. A report was taken and the vehicle was entered as stolen.

On 2/6/24, an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino for a stolen wallet. A report was taken.

On 2/6/24, at approximately 5:03 p.m., officers responded to Bally's North Casino on a phone harassment call.

On 2/6/24, an officer with the Black Hawk Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Highway 119 and mile marker 5.5. The driver was released on a verbal warning for a faulty headlight.

On 2/6/24, at approximately 10:02 p.m., Black Hawk officers were dispatched to a physical disturbance at the Monarch Casino. Officer arrived and placed a male party into custody and an investigation was conducted. The male party was then transported to the hospital due to his physical state. A warrant was issued for the male party.

On 2/7/24, at approximately 3:34 a.m., Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Casino on a report of a trespass. Officers arrived on scene and contacted the female party who had been permanently trespassed. The female party was issued a summons for trespass.

On 2/7/24, at approximately 4:03 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle that they observed at Richman Street and Highway 119 that had an expired temporary plate, defective brake lights and did not have their headlights on as required. Upon stopping, the driver was suspended. A citation was issued.

On 2/7/24, an officer completed a phone report of a party calling victims and pretending to be a Black Hawk police officer.

On 2/8/24, the Black Hawk Police Department received a call of a verbal disturbance in front of the Monarch Casino. A male suspect was contacted and officially trespassed from the property by security.

On 2/8/24, at approximately 1:08 p.m., officers responded to the Saratoga Casino on a report of found property. The property was collected and the individual was left a voicemail.

On 2/8/24, at approximately 4:30 p.m., a male party was reported as trespassing in the Bally's garage. The male party went to the Lodge Casino where he was also trespassed. The male party was contacted at Lodge Casino and issued a summons for trespassing.

On 2/8/24, at approximately 10:02 p.m., Black Hawk Police officers responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of a trespassed party. Officers later made contact with the suspect, issued him a ticket, and released him.

On 2/9/24, at approximately 1:02 a.m., officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Casino on a report of a disturbance. Officers spoke to the involved male and female party and determined that nothing physical occurred. The female party was given a summons protection order violation with the stipulation of not being able to consume alcohol.

On 2/9/24, at approximately 1:52 a.m., a Black Hawk officer took a report on a possible fraud call at Bally's Casino and Ameristar Casino. The officer was able to identify a suspect who happened to be an acquaintance of the victim. A warrant was sought for the suspect for Identity Theft.

On 2/9/24, an officer performed a check of a vehicle in the Dakota Lot. The party was okay and worked for the casino.

On 2/9/24, the Black Hawk Police Department responded to the Bean and Cream coffee shop on a report of a hit and run. A report was taken.

On 2/9/24, at approximately 2:39 p.m., officers took a phone report for a hit-and-run at the Ameristar garage. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

On 2/9/24, at approximately 10:07 p.m., a male party was trespassing at the Lodge Casino. Security issued a trespass notice to male party and the party was escorted off the premises. A warning was given.

On 2/9/24, at approximately 10:34 p.m., a driver stopped at a red light at the intersection of Main Street and Richman Street. The traffic signal displayed a green arrow for the turn lane to turn left onto Richman Street. The driver was in the lane to go straight and drove through the red light. The driver was issued a warning.

On 2/10/24, at approximately 1:11 a.m., Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Casino on a report of a theft. Officers spoke to the victim and reviewed surveillance. Officers were unable to locate a suspect. A report has been taken.

On 2/10/24, at approximately 3 a.m., a Black Hawk Police officer responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of found drugs. The officer collected the possible controlled substance and was able to locate a suspect but was unable to identify him.

On 2/10/24, at approximately 6:18 a.m., an officer responded to the Monarch Casino on a report of a party trespassing. The party was later arrested for Trespassing and Obstruction and booked into the Gilpin County Jail.

On 2/10/24, officers were dispatched to a welfare check on a male party at the Monarch Casino. On scene the male was contacted, assessed by law enforcement and medics, and determined to be in the middle of a mental health crisis. The subject requested to be voluntarily transported to the hospital to speak with doctors.

On 2/10/24, at approximately 3:19 a.m., officers responded to the Carriage House parking garage to take a report of damaged property. A report was taken.

On 2/10/24, at approximately 4:44 p.m., someone left their firearm in a hotel room safe at the Ameristar Casino. The owner contacted them and will pick it up from Black Hawk Police Department next week.

On 2/10/24, officers responded to Highway 119 at approximately mile marker 6.5 on the report of a non-injury accident. A report was taken.

On 2/11/24, Black Hawk Police officers responded to the intersection at Highway 119 and Richman Street for a vehicle accident with no injuries. Upon arrival, it was determined that the suspect's vehicle had struck the bike rack, which was attached to the victim's vehicle, while the victim was stopped at the intersection light. The suspect was cited with Careless Driving and released.

On 2/11/24, officers responded to Ameristar Hotel on a report of a disturbance occurring between a male and female party inside a hotel room. Upon investigation, it was determined that it was a verbal argument and the two parties were removed from each other. The male party took a bus back down to the city and the female remained in the hotel room.

On 2/11/24, an officer took a phone report on fraudulent activity that had occurred with the reporting party's credit card. All transactions were declined and the card was found but had already been canceled by the owner. The cases will remain open for further investigation.

On 2/12/24, an officer with the Black Hawk Police Department provided cover on a traffic stop for Colorado State Patrol. A female was arrested and the Black Hawk officer conducted a search on the female party.

On 2/13/24, an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino for a suspicious incident. A report was taken.

On 2/13/24, an officer was dispatched to the area of Miners Road and Main Street for a property damage accident. A report was taken and a summons was issued.

On 2/13/24, officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Hotel for a disturbance. It was determined no crime occurred but a party was transported to a detox facility.

On 2/14/24, at approximately 2:21 a.m., officers responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of a cell phone theft and property damage. A suspect was identified.

On 2/14/24, at approximately 6:58 a.m., officers were dispatched in reference to a male urinating in public. Upon arrival, officers contacted the male and issued him a summons.

On 2/14/24, at approximately 9:24 a.m., officers responded to a report of a vehicle that struck a light pole in the 300 block of Main Street. Officers took a report and issued a summons to the driver.

On 2/14/24, at approximately 3:51 p.m., officers responded to 201 Selak Street on a call on a found debit card. The card was placed into safekeeping.

On 2/14/24, at approximately 10:59 p.m., officers responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of an employee being threatened. An investigation occurred and was determined to be non-criminal in nature.

On 2/14/24, at approximately 11:39 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a stop sign violation occurring at Miners Road and Bobtail Road. The driver was issued a verbal warning and a field interview report was completed.

On 2/14/24, at approximately 10:59 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Wild Card Casino on the report of a physical disturbance. A suspect was arrested.

On 2/15/24, at approximately 12:45 a.m., a Black Hawk Police officer responded to Bally's West bus stop on the report of property damage. A report was taken by the officer.

On 2/15/24, an officer responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of an intoxicated party. The party was able to care for herself and was allowed to wait in the hotel lobby for a friend to pick her up. 

On 2/15/24, at approximately 11a.m., officers were called for a found firearm in an Ameristar hotel room. The firearm was cleared, the serial number was verified, and it was returned to the owner. 

On 2/15/24, at approximately 12:22 p.m., officers responded to the Ameristar garage to take a report of a vehicle break-in. A report was taken and the investigation is ongoing.

On 2/15/24, the Black Hawk Police Department took a telephone report regarding a stolen cell phone at the Monarch Casino. No suspect has been identified at this time. 

On 2/15/24, at approximately 11:05 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for displaying a fictitious number plate at Highway 119 and Richman Street. The driver was issued a summons and a report was completed.

On 2/16/24, the Black Hawk Police Department was made aware that an unknown party was making statements of suicide through a chatroom on the hotline saying that he wanted to kill himself in his hotel room. The subject was later identified and was voluntarily taken to the Jefferson Crisis Center for evaluation.

On 2/16/24, at approximately 10:37 a.m., an officer responded to Bally's North on a report of found drugs. The suspect was not identified and the drugs were booked into evidence to be destroyed.

On 2/16/24, at approximately 3:23 p.m., an officer took a report of a missing wallet at the Ameristar Casino. Surveillance footage is being reviewed and an investigation is ongoing.

On 2/16/24, at approximately 3:45 p.m., officers responded to the Monarch Casino on a report of found drugs. Officers seized the drugs, found the suspect, and jailed them on an active warrant.

On 2/16/24, at approximately 5:05 p.m., Black Hawk Police officers responded to the Ameristar Casino parking garage on a REDDI Report. Officers later located the vehicle driving eastbound on Highway 119 and after investigations, a male party was arrested for DUI.

On 2/16/24, at approximately 11:59 p.m., Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Horseshoe Casino on a report of a physical disturbance. Officers spoke to the victim and viewed surveillance. Officers were able to locate the suspect and issue him a summons.

On 2/17/24, at approximately 8:34 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a prohibited U-turn occurring at Highway 119 and Gregory Street. The driver was given a verbal warning and a field interview report was completed.

On 2/17/24, at approximately 11:11 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a red light violation occurring at Miners Road and Main Street. The driver was given a verbal warning and a field interview report was completed.

On 2/18/24, at approximately 11:27 p.m., the Lodge Casino reported a baggie with a white powdery substance inside. A female party was identified as the suspected person in possession of substance. Female party was issued a summons for controlled substance.

On 2/18/24, at approximately 3:59 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a red light violation occurring at Richman Street and Highway 119. The driver was given a verbal warning and a field interview report was completed.

On 2/18/24, at approximately 4:32 a.m., officers were dispatched to the Lodge Casino on a report of damaged property. Officers arrived on scene and contacted a suspect. The suspect was processed and released pending charges.

On 2/18/24, officers responded to the 400 block of Main Street on the report of an intoxicated party. Upon arrival, the party threw a Monarch glass in the street causing it to shatter. The party was cited.

On 2/18/24, at approximately 8:41 p.m., officers responded to the Lady Luck parking garage on the report of a party who vomited and passed out. The party was cleared by medics and subsequently transported to a detox facility by police.

On 2/19/24, an officer responded to the Dakota parking lot on the report of a theft from a vehicle. A suspect was seen stealing a tailgate from another truck and leaving the city. The suspect has not been identified.

On 2/19/24, at approximately 12:20 p.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of a lost jacket and car keys. The items were found and returned to the owner.

On 2/19/24, at approximately 2:57 p.m., officers responded to the Gilpin Casino on a report of an intoxicated party who was trying to leave by driving. Officers met with the party and explained the options available to them.

On 2/20/24, an officer assisted a male party at the police department who wanted to make a report on an accident that occurred at the Bally's garage on 2/17/24.

On 2/20/24 an officer with the Black Hawk Police Department responded to the Monarch Casino on a cold report of damaged property. A suspect was identified and contacted. This case will remain open for further action.

On 2/20/24, at approximately 6:38 p.m., officers responded to a report of lost car keys at the Lodge Casino. The keys were found at the Ameristar Casino, where the patron had been earlier.

On 2/21/24, officers were dispatched to the Monarch Casino regarding a domestic incident. The involved parties had already left the scene and a report was taken.

On 2/21/24, the Black Hawk Police Department contacted a male party sleeping in his vehicle at the Lady Luck Casino's parking garage to check his welfare. The male party was found to be okay and the party was advised to register his vehicle before driving it on a roadway.

On 2/21/24, at approximately 5:48 p.m., a Black Hawk Police officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that did not use its turn signal when making a right turn onto Highway 119 from Main Street and continued to not use the turn signal to two different lanes. The officer later released the driver with a verbal warning.

On 2/21/24, at approximately 5:58 p.m., Monarch Casino reported that a possible Domestic Violence Harassment occurred between a male and female party. The incident was unfounded and was just a disturbance. The parties agreed to separate for the evening.

On 2/21/24, at approximately 8:45 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an obstructed license plate occurring at Highway 119 and Miners Road. The driver was given a verbal warning and a field interview report was completed.

On 2/21/24, at approximately 8:54 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for no license plates attached occurring at the 100 block of Richman Street. The driver was given a verbal warning and a field interview report was completed.

On 2/21/24, at approximately 9:39 p.m., Black Hawk Police officers responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of a trespassed party. Officers later located a suspect and he was issued a summons for trespass.

On 2/21/24, at approximately 11:47 p.m., an officer took a report of damaged property at the Lodge Casino. A suspect was identified and the investigation is ongoing.

On 2/22/24, officers were dispatched to the Monarch Casino regarding a medic incident. An arrest was made and a report was taken.

On 2/22/24, at approximately 5:26 a.m., Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Lady Luck Casino on a report of a disturbance. Officers contacted a male party that was involved in a fight with security. The male party also had drugs on him which were seized. The male party was released on pending charges.

On 2/22/24, the Black Hawk Police Department responded to the report of a possible drunk driver who was leaving the Monarch Casino. The vehicle was stopped at about mile marker 5.3 on Highway 119 and an adult male was arrested for driving under the influence. The male party was later released on a summons.

On 2/22/24, at approximately 12:17 p.m., officers received a phone report regarding fraudulent activity. A suspect has not been identified.

On 2/22/24, at approximately 4:35 p.m., a Black Hawk Police officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with no plate. The officer later issued the driver a summons and released him.

On 2/22/24, at approximately 9:12 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for driving the wrong way down a one-way road occurring at the 200 block of Selak Street. The driver was given a verbal warning and a field interview report was completed.

On 2/22/24, at approximately 10:04 p.m., a report of a gaming issue was reported. A male party played a machine that had money in it that belonged to another male party. Parties were identified and a report was sent to Gaming Enforcement.

On 2/23/24, at approximately 2:06 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with a reported stolen license plate observed on Highway 119 at mile marker 6.1. The plate was determined not to be stolen and a field interview report was completed.

On 2/23/24, an officer completed a phone report of a lost ring at the Ameristar Casino. The ring was not located.

On 2/23/24, at approximately 10:49 p.m., a victim reported that his wallet was lost and someone tried using a debit card that was inside his wallet. An unknown male party picked up the victim's wallet shortly after it was dropped at approximately 8:28 p.m. We are attempting to identify the suspect and charges are pending.

On 2/23/24, at approximately 11:49 p.m., officers were called to the Ameristar Casino to complete a report to be forwarded to the Division of Gaming.

On 2/24/24, at approximately 1:23 a.m., officers responded to the Bally's West Casino on a report of a disturbance between two parties. An information report was completed after both involved parties declined to press charges.

On 2/24/24, at approximately 6:02 a.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of an intoxicated party. The party stated they were potentially drugged and an investigation is ongoing. 

On 2/24/24, the Black Hawk Police Department responded to the area of mile marker 6 on Highway 119 on a report of a party walking in the roadway. An adult female was contacted and given a courtesy ride to the Horseshoe Casino.

On 2/24/24, at approximately 10:14 a.m., an officer responded to the Horseshoe Casino on a report of an unwanted party. The party was escorted off the property.

On 2/24/24, at approximately 12:41 p.m., an officer was on foot patrol at the Lodge Casino when he was advised of a wallet theft. The suspect was located and issued a summon for the theft of the wallet.

On 2/24/24, at approximately 8:20 p.m., Black Hawk Police officers responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of found drugs and the suspect was still on the property. After investigations and testing of the substance, the test results were inconclusive. The party was later released.

On 2/24/24, at approximately 9:48 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of Main Street and Richman Street on a report of a party that had fallen in the street. A report was completed.

On 2/24/24, at approximately 9:53 p.m., a wallet was found and turned into security. The wallet had a male party's ID inside and cocaine as admitted by the owner of the wallet. Male party was issued a citation for possession of a controlled substance.

On 2/24/24, at approximately 11 p.m., Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Lodge Casino on a report of a male party using another male party's ID. Officers spoke to the parties and got their information. The information will be passed on to the Division of Gaming.

On 2/25/24, officers were notified of a disturbance in a moving vehicle that originated at the Ameristar Casino. Colorado State Patrol contacted the vehicle and requested the male party be taken into custody for domestic violence and false imprisonment. The male was transported to the Gilpin County Jail.

On 2/25/24, at approximately 3:34 a.m., Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Casino on a REDDI report. Officers located the vehicle and a traffic stop was performed. The female agreed to roadsides. Officers did not make an arrest and the female party got a room at the Monarch.

On 2/25/24, an officer responded to the Lodge Casino on a welfare check. A male party was found in a bathroom stall overdosing on fentanyl. The party was administered Narcan and was later transported to the hospital in stable condition.

On 2/25/24, at approximately 11:41 a.m., officers responded to the Dakota Lot about a suspicious vehicle. Officers made contact with the occupant of the vehicle and advised them to leave.

On 2/25/24, at approximately 12:41 a.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino to take a report on an individual who spit on a guest and team member. The suspect was on scene and issued a summons.

On 2/25/24, at approximately 7 p.m., officers responded to the Saratoga Casino on a theft report. The suspect has been identified and will be contacted.

On 2/25/24, at approximately 7:57 p.m., officers responded to The Lodge Casino on a report of a minor using a fraudulent ID on the gaming floor. The suspect was contacted and the ID was taken. This information was passed onto the Division of Gaming.

On 2/26/24, officers were at the Black Hawk Police Department when a gold color ring was found inside the police department. A report was taken.

On 2/26/24, officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Casino regarding a suspicious incident. According to the dispatch call notes, parties were attempting to break into a vehicle on level eight of the parking garage. However, a party that officers were speaking with matched the description of the party that had parked the vehicle.

On 2/26/24, an officer received a phone report of a party harassing employees at the Monarch Casino by telephone. A report was taken.

On 2/26/24, at approximately 3:14 p.m., officers responded to the Monarch Casino to assist with a Missing Persons report. A report was taken. The individual was found and was at home safe.

On 2/27/24, at approximately 2:25 p.m., officers identified a wanted male party that was walking into the Bull Durham Casino. The male party was taken into custody and booked into the Gilpin County Jail on his warrants.

On 2/28/24, officers were at the Ameristar Casino when a call came out regarding a party wanting to report a hit and run. A report was taken.

On 2/28/24, at approximately 1:12 a.m., officers observed a vehicle with an active police hold parked in the Monarch parking garage. The occupants were identified and the vehicle was impounded. A firearm was seized from the vehicle and an investigation is ongoing.

On 2/28/24, officers were dispatched to the Monarch Casino poker room regarding a disturbance. A report was taken.

On 2/28/24, officers were dispatched to a welfare check of a party. Officers contacted the party in the 400 block of Main Street. A report was taken.

On 2/28/24, at approximately 3:50 a.m., officers were dispatched to the Saratoga Casino parking garage to check the welfare of occupants in a vehicle. The subject had outstanding warrants and was arrested. A report was completed.

On 2/28/24, an officer responded to the Lady Luck garage on the report of a suspicious vehicle. The driver was contacted and was given a warning.

On 2/28/24, the Black Hawk Police Department responded to the Saratoga Casino parking garage on a request to check the welfare of the occupants of a vehicle that had been parked overnight in the garage. A male and female party were contacted and found to have five court orders prohibiting the male party from contacting the female. The male party was arrested and transported to the Gilpin County Jail.

On 2/28/24, the Black Hawk Police Department responded to the Saratoga Casino parking garage on a request to check the welfare of the occupants of a vehicle that had been parked overnight in the garage. The female occupant of the vehicle provided fictitious identifying information to the officers. The female party was issued a summons for false reporting of identifying information to Law Enforcement.

On 2/28/24, at approximately 8:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to the above location for an intoxicated person refusing to leave the premises. Upon arrival, the subject was cooperative and left the premises on his own regard.

On 2/28/24, at approximately 10:08 a.m., an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of a disturbance. One party was asked to leave the casino.

On 2/28/24, at approximately 11:37 a.m., officers were dispatched in reference to a male subject who had left a backpack outside by a nearby tree. The subject was contacted and advised he left it there while he was eating because he was not allowed to bring a bag into a casino.

On 2/28/24, at approximately 2:42 p.m., officers responded to the Carriage House parking garage on a report of a vehicle charging their car. The driver was informed they could not use the public parking outlets to charge their vehicle.

On 2/28/24, an officer responded to the Horseshoe Casino on the report of found drugs in a hotel room. The drugs were seized. A possible suspect was identified.

On 2/28/24, at approximately 3:30 a.m., officers responded to the Monarch Casino on a report of a theft from the gift shop. Officers found the room and an individual offered to pay the shop. The matter was handled civilly.

On 2/28/24, at approximately 3:44 p.m., a Black Hawk Police officer responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of a theft. The officer later identified a suspect and issued him a summons.

On 2/28/24, at approximately 8:20 p.m., a Black Hawk Police officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that ran a red light at the intersection of Main Street and Gregory Street. The officer later released the driver with a verbal warning.

On 2/29/24, at approximately 6:33 a.m., an officer responded to the Monarch Casino on a report of a disturbance. A party was missing his wallet. The wallet was not found.

On 2/29/24, the Black Hawk Police Department responded to a report of a stolen vehicle from the Lady Luck parking garage. No suspect has been identified. A report was taken.

On 2/29/24, at approximately 6:57 p.m., a female party reported her iPhone lost at the Horseshoe Casino. No one is suspected of stealing the phone but casino security is checking cameras. Phone was turned into security at Ameristar Casino and returned to the owner at approximately 9:38 p.m.

On 2/29/24, at approximately 8:48 p.m., Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Monarch Casino for an ID check. Officers arrived on scene and spoke to a male party who presented an ID that was not his. Officers spoke to the male party and it was determined that he was underage. The male party was released and the ID was seized.

On 2/29/24, at approximately 10:01 p.m., officers were called to the Monarch Casino on a report of theft. A suspect was identified and issued a summons. Property was recovered and returned. A report was completed.
