Black Hawk Police Department Reports, November 2024
On 11/1/24, Black Hawk officers responded to a call that was occurring in the Black Hawk Police Department's parking lot involving two brothers. The verbal disturbance and subsequent information relayed to officers occurred in Gilpin County. A deputy responded to our parking lot and took over their investigation. The case has been referred to Gilpin County's jurisdiction.
On 11/1/24, at approximately 11:59 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Highway 119 at approximately mile marker 5. A male driver was contacted and released on a verbal warning.
On 11/1/24, at approximately 6:07 p.m., officers responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of an altercation between two parties. Officers were notified of a patron dispute involving a credit over credit. Surveillance confirmed no physical altercation occurred and the female party was referred to the Division of Gaming.
On 11/1/24, at approximately 7:14 p.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino located at 111 Richman Street on the report of a theft. This investigation is active.
On 11/1/24, at approximately 9:41 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for failure to maintain lane and improper display of license plate occurring at 6100 Highway 119. The driver was given a verbal warning and a field interview report was completed.
On 11/1/24, at approximately 10:10 p.m., a Black Hawk police officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that failed to yield to pedestrians. The officer later released the driver with a verbal warning.
On 11/1/24, at approximately 11:32 p.m., an officer responded to 5300 Highway 119 to assist the Gilpin County Sheriff's Office deputies on a traffic stop. A driver was arrested on outstanding warrants and a report was completed.
On 11/2/24, at approximately 12:33 p.m., officers were made aware of a trespassed individual on the property of Monarch Casino located at 488 Main Street. The suspect was cited.
On 11/2/24, at approximately 2:44 a.m., officers responded to the Monarch Casino on a report of trespassing. A suspect was identified and issued a summons. A report was completed.
On 11/2/24, at approximately 2:49 a.m., a Black Hawk police officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of money theft from a credit card. Upon investigation, the allegations were unfounded. The officer took a report.
On 11/2/24, I conducted a welfare check on a person that had been sitting in their vehicle up on Avenue of Allstars for over five hours. Contact was made and the occupant was just writing music and enjoying the view.
On 11/2/24, at approximately 4:16 p.m., officers responded to a shots fired call at the Central City Cemetery on Upper Apex Valley Road. This investigation will be handled by the Gilpin County Sheriffs Office.
On 11/2/24, at approximately 10:37 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for failure to have no tail lamps displayed, following too closely, and activating high-beams while following a vehicle on Highway 119. The driver was issued a verbal warning and a field interview report was completed.
On 11/3/24, at approximately 8:49 p.m., a Black Hawk police officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was speeding. The officer later released the driver with a verbal warning.
On 11/3/24, at approximately 2:21 a.m., officers responded to the Bally's West Casino on a report of an unwanted party. The suspect refused to leave the property when instructed to do so and was issued a trespassing summons. A report was completed.
On 11/3/24, at approximately 4:45 hours, Black Hawk Police officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a domestic dispute. After investigations, a female party member was arrested.

On 11/3/24, at approximately 10:20 p.m., officers were approached by a male party walking up the street asking for assistance. The vehicle was not registered to the male and we were unable to assist in accessing the vehicle.
On 11/4/24, officers were dispatched to the Horseshoe Casino regarding an unwanted person. It was reported that the party was starting fires in the stairwell. The staff just wanted them trespassed.
On 11/4/24, casino staff called into the Black Hawk police dispatch to report a male party that had potentially damaged property at the Red Dolly Casino. Officers took information by phone and cleared it on a report.
On 11/4/24, Black Hawk police officers took a phone report of a stolen cell phone that was possibly stolen at the Monarch Casino on 11/2/24. Officers gathered information from the reporting party and are investigating all possible leads.
On 11/4/24, at approximately 8:04 p.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Hotel for a physical disturbance. A suspect was arrested.

On 11/4/24, officers were dispatched to the Lodge Casino regarding a fraud incident AOA to Gaming. A report was taken.
On 11/4/24, at approximately 11:34 p.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of a missing phone. The reporting party was contacted, a surveillance review was done, and a phone was never seen being left or taken. A lost property report was taken.
On 11/5/24, at approximately 1:40 p.m., officers took a phone report of a vehicle break-in that occurred on the weekend. A report was taken and the investigation is ongoing.
On 11/5/24, officers were dispatched to the open parking area of the Lady Luck Casino regarding a stolen vehicle. A report was taken and a party was arrested.
On 11/5/24, at approximately 10:50 a.m., an officer was dispatched to the Horseshoe Casino on found property. Inside the property was suspected methamphetamine. During the investigation, surveillance was able to observe a female suspect but she was not located in the casino and was not identified. The case was closed as inactive, pending any further leads.
On 11/6/24, officers were dispatched to the Monarch Casino regarding a trespassed party that peed on the ground in the bathroom. The party was contacted and identified.
On 11/6/24, at approximately 7:30 a.m., a report came in about a possible suicidal party at the Monarch. The party was contacted and was not a danger to herself or others. The party went back to her hotel room with a friend to calm down.
On 11/6/24, officers responded to the area of the Wild Card regarding an unwanted party. The party was contacted and warned not to go there.
On 11/6/24, at approximately 3:03 p.m., a report of fraudulent activity at the Monarch Casino was reported. A male party had a wristband on showing that his ID was checked and he was 21 years old but was refusing to present ID. Male party was contacted, ID checked, and issued a trespass warning.
On 11/6/24, at approximately 9:34 p.m., officers responded to The Lodge Casino on a report of a male party refusing to leave the property. The male left the property and was told to not return.
On 11/7/24, at approximately 11:32 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of Highway 119 and Richman Street on the report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the vehicles were cleared from the roadway.
On 11/7/24, at approximately 5:11 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Dakota Lot on the report of a Hit and Run crash. After investigation, it was determined that it was not a crash. A report was created to document the incident.
On 11/7/24, at approximately 9:56 p.m., officers responded to an unknown injury crash in the 3800 block of Highway 119. The Colorado State Patrol investigated this crash.
On 11/8/24, an officer responded to the Horseshoe Casino on the report of a hit and run traffic accident. There is no suspect information.
On 11/8/24, at approximately 1:33 p.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of a party at the main cage with a warrant. The party was taken into custody and later booked into the Gilpin County Jail.
On 11/8/24, at approximately 9 p.m., an officer completed a report of damaged property to city property.
On 11/9/24, officers conducted a traffic stop on Highway 119 at approximately mile marker 6.3. The driver was given a verbal warning for no headlights.
On 11/9/24, at approximately 1:52 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for driving too fast for conditions and a traffic signal violation occurring at Highway 119 and Richman Street. The driver was given a verbal warning and a field interview report was completed.
On 11/9/24, at approximately 3:45 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a REDDI report vehicle that ran a red light. The driver was issued a summons for DUI and a report was completed.
On 11/9/24, officers received a report of damaged property that occurred at the Lady Luck Casino located at 340 Main Street around 3:17 p.m.
On 11/9/24, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that stopped in the right lane of traffic on Highway 119 at approximately mile marker 7. The driver was given a verbal warning. BWC was not activated.
On 11/9/24, officers responded to a physical domestic disturbance at the Ameristar Hotel located at 111 Richman Street. A suspect was arrested.
On 11/9/24, at approximately 11:37 p.m., Black Hawk police officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a theft. Upon arrival and investigation, officers were able to identify the suspects and the property. Officers could not locate some of the victim's property and filed a report for the Colorado Division of Gaming to follow up on.
On 11/10/24, an officer conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle that had failed to stop at the red traffic light in the construction zone at mile marker 8 on Highway 119. The driver was released on a warning.
On 11/10/24, an officer took a phone report for a stolen cell phone from the Monarch Casino. The phone was found to be pinging at an address in Brighton, Colorado. Officers from Brighton Police Department attempted contact at the residence but received no answer. The victim, on her own accords, went to the address and retrieved the phone when the residents were leaving. The victim did not wish to prosecute.
On 11/10/24, an officer was assigned a phone report for a stolen wallet at the Ameristar. The investigation revealed it had not been stolen, simply found, and was returned to the owner.
On 11/10/24, at approximately 1:30 p.m., an officer was dispatched on a REDDI report on Highway 119. The officer located the vehicle in the Ameristar Casino Parking garage and contacted the driver. The driver was not intoxicated but was extremely tired. The driver was released on a verbal warning.
On 11/10/24, at approximately 1:54 p.m., an officer completed a traffic stop for a failure to yield right of way violation at Richman Street and Highway 119. Verbal warning was issued.
On 11/10/24, at approximately 5:39 p.m., an officer responded to Monarch Casino to cover the Division of Gaming when contacting a suspect. The suspect was arrested on a warrant and given a summons for a Gaming violation.
On 11/10/24, at approximately 6:53 p.m., an officer responded to Ameristar for a theft at Timberline Grill and Bar. The suspect left before being contacted and the investigation is active.
On 11/10/24, at approximately 11 p.m., officers took a phone report of a lost gun. The firearm was entered as missing and a report was taken.
On 11/10/24, at approximately 8:56 p.m., an officer contacted a welfare check on a subject in the Horseshoe Casino Garage. The subject was found to be okay. No further actions taken.
On 11/11/24, an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a disturbance in one of the hotel rooms. The parties had been in a verbal argument and were separated.
On 11/11/24, an officer was dispatched to a hit and run accident at 7230 Black Hawk Boulevard. The suspect vehicle struck the side of a parked vehicle while backing out of a parking space. The suspect vehicle was located and the driver did not realize they had struck another vehicle. A summons was issued.
On 11/11/24, officers were dispatched to a disturbance at Bally's. Investigation revealed a verbal altercation between two individuals. No criminal activity was present.
On 11/12/24, at approximately 12:17 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with expired tags. The driver was issued a warning.
On 11/12/24, at approximately 12:38 a.m., an officer initiated a traffic stop at 231 Gregory Street for a vehicle that had no headlights. On contact, the driver presented the required documents and was given a verbal warning.
On 11/12/24, at approximately 12:40 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle that had expired tags. The driver was issued a verbal warning.
On 11/12/24, at approximately 1:05 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that had expired tags. A summons was issued for no registration and no insurance.
On 11/12/24, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle without registration tags attached to the license plate. The plate was discovered to be associated with the previous owner, seized, and the driver released on a warning.
On 11/13/24, officers were dispatched to the Ameristar regarding a welfare check on a male who had called his sister, saying he was in trouble. Officers contacted the male, who said he needed money to travel and was not in danger.
On 11/13/24, at approximately 3:41 p.m., officers confiscated a counterfeit bill from the Monarch Casino.
On 11/13/24, at approximately 10:20 p.m., an officer observed a vehicle with a defective stop light and expired registration at 221 Gregory Street. A traffic stop was initiated and after documents were verified, the driver was given a citation.
On 11/14/24, an officer met with a female in the police department lobby to report harassment. The issue appeared to be civil in nature over a purchased vehicle. The officer assisted the female with blocking the other subject from texting her and requesting additional money for the vehicle.
On 11/14/24, at approximately 9:34 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for failure to display headlights occurring on Main Street. The driver was issued a verbal warning and a field interview report was completed.
On 11/14/24, at approximately 10:18 p.m., officers responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of found narcotics. The narcotics were seized but no suspect was able to be identified.
On 11/15/24, at approximately 1:53 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding and unauthorized accessory light occurring at 6100 Highway 119. The driver was given a verbal warning and a field interview report was completed.
On 11/15/24, an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of Gregory Street for following too closely. A warning was issued.
On 11/15/24, at approximately 7:17 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Horseshoe Casino located for a physical disturbance. Suspects were identified and the case was investigated.

On 11/16/24, at approximately 1:27 a.m., officers responded to the Monarch Casino on a report of a party using a fake ID. A juvenile was contacted and released to their guardian on a verbal warning. A report was completed.
On 11/16/24, officers responded to a disturbance at the Ameristar Casino regarding a male banging on a hotel room door and a female not wanting to let him in. Both parties were contacted and separated for the night. Nothing criminal occurred.
On 11/16/24, an officer responded to the Monarch Casino on a report of a lost or stolen cell phone. A suspect could not be identified. The case is inactive.
On 11/16/24, at approximately 1:29 p.m., an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of found drugs. No suspect was identified due to the drugs being found inside a bathroom.
On 11/16/24, an officer responded to the Lodge Casino on a report of a $50 dollar bill. An investigation was conducted and the bill was collected to be sent to the Secret Service. This case remains active.
On 11/16/24, at approximately 6:41 p.m., officers stopped a vehicle observed with a tinted device over the license plate at Highway 119 and Main Street. The driver was given a warning.
On 11/16/24, at approximately 7:20 p.m., officers took a report of a theft of property that occurred at the Bally's West Casino.
On 11/16/24, at approximately 8:23 p.m., officers responded to the 200 block of East 1st High Street on the report of a medical emergency.
On 11/17/24, officers responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of a disturbance between a group of people on the gaming floor. Officers were advised a male and female were involved in a physical altercation. The female slapped the male but he didn't want to pursue charges. The female was arrested on an unrelated warrant and transported to the jail.
On 11/17/24, at approximately 12:04 a.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino for a family disturbance. An involved party was transported to the hospital.
On 11/17/24, an officer stopped a vehicle for not having headlights. The driver was given a verbal warning and a business card.
On 11/17/24, at approximately 7:42 p.m., officers were contacted by Adams County regarding a welfare check. The female party was located and assisted with getting to her Ameristar hotel room. Adams County and the reporting party were notified by officers.
On 11/19/24, an officer conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle displaying expired temporary registration. The driver was released on a warning.
On 11/18/24, at approximately 4:45 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle displaying expired registration. The driver was given a verbal warning and parked the vehicle until arrangements could be made.
On 11/18/24, at approximately 11:05 p.m., officers responded to the Horseshoe Casino to assist the Division of Gaming with a Tito ticket theft. The victim inserted a Tito ticket into the Tito ticket cash machine and walked away. The unknown suspect approached the same machine, cashed the ticket, and walked away with the cash.
On 11/19/24, at approximately 8:17 p.m., a vehicle with a broken rear window was observed which also had a fastidious plate. A male party who was seen on surveillance operating the vehicle had smashed the window with a rock. During the course of the investigation, male party had warrants from outside agencies and male party was arrested.
On 11/19/24, an officer observed a subject go into a SUV that had been tagged to be towed at the Dakota Parking Lot. I made contact with two subjects and found that one had been previously trespassed from the Lodge Casino property. A municipal summons was issued.
On 11/20/24, at approximately 9:29 p.m., an officer responded to the 100 block of Clear Creek Street on a traffic accident. Upon arrival, one of the Black Hawk fire trucks had struck a light pole while turning onto Clear Creek Street. There was minor damage to the light pole and fire truck. An accident report and CIRSA form have been completed.
On 11/20/24, an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of found property. Items had been found in a women's restroom, which had been stolen from different people over the course of at least two years. The items were left at the casino to be returned to their rightful owners.
On 11/20/24, an officer conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle that failed to yield the right of way at a pedestrian crossing. The driver was released on a warning.
On 11/20/24, an officer observed a traffic violation on Gregory Street at Main Street. The driver was contacted and issued a warning.
On 11/20/24, at approximately 9:15 p.m., officers responded to a medical call at the Ameristar Casino located at 111 Richman Street. The party declined transport and was released to the care of an individual.
On 11/20/24, at approximately 11:34 a.m., a medical call for service came into the police department. An elderly man in a wheel chair fell on the sidewalk at the Lodge Casino and injured himself. Medics attended the man's injuries and transported him to the hospital. An information report was filed.
On 11/21/24, at approximately 2:06 p.m., officers responded to 300 Main Street, Bally's North Casino, on found drugs. The suspect was not identified and left the casino right after he dropped the drugs.
On 11/22/24, at approximately 3:15 p.m., officers responded to the Red Dolly on a report of a fight between two employees. One party was later arrested and booked into Gilpin County Jail.
On 11/21/24, at approximately 8:13 p.m., officers observed a vehicle with an expired Colorado License Plate in the 6300 block of Highway 119. The driver was cited.
On 11/21/24, at approximately 8:51 p.m., officers responded to an assault that occurred at the Bally's North Casino located at 300 Main Street. A suspect was arrested.
On 11/22/24, at approximately 3:55 p.m., officers observed a suspicious vehicle in the parking garage of Horseshoe Casino. An occupant was arrested.
On 11/22/24, officers responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of three males going behind the bar and stealing alcohol. One male was issued a summons for theft.
On 11/22/24, a bus was impounded out of the City-owned recreational storage lot.
On 11/22/24, at approximately 6:21 p.m., officers responded to the Lodge Casino on a report of a theft. The Colorado Division of Gaming arrested the party on a warrant and a report was completed.
On 11/22/24, at approximately 7:25 p.m., officers observed a vehicle bearing an expired Colorado License Plate that expired 6/22 in the 6000 block of Highway 119. The driver was cited.
On 11/23/24, officers responded to 120 Main Street in Central City to assist with a motor vehicle crash with injury. This crash was handled by the Gilpin County Sheriff's Office.
On 11/23/24, at approximately 2:50 a.m., Black Hawk police officers responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of a trespass. A suspect was identified and issued a summons.
On 11/23/24, at approximately 3:24 a.m., officers responded to 5500 Highway 119 to assist Colorado State Patrol on a vehicle versus wildlife crash. The driver was advised to complete an online report. A report was completed.
On 11/23/24, at approximately 4:04 a.m., officers responded to the Horseshoe Casino on a report of a party refusing to leave. A suspect was contacted, issued a summons, and trespassed from the Horseshoe Casino. A report was completed.
On 11/23/24, Black Hawk officers responded to a naked party running down the street. The male subject was contacted and placed on a Mental Health Hold.
On 11/23/24, an officer was advised of a cold Hit and Run Accident that occurred in the parking structure at the Ameristar Casino. The case remains active.
On 11/23/24, officers responded to the Bally's North Casino on the report of found drugs. A suspect was identified and the case is active.
On 11/24/24, at approximately 10:23 p.m., officers responded to a physical disturbance at the Ameristar Casino. A suspect was arrested.
On 11/24/24, at approximately 10:07 p.m., officers responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of an intoxicated guest who had punched an employee. The employee did not wish to pursue charges.
On 11/24/24, at approximately 1:30 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for display of expired license plates occurring at Main Street and Miners Road. The driver was given a verbal warning and a field interview report was completed.
On 11/24/24, at approximately 1:42 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for failure to display headlights and failure to maintain lane occurring at 6100 Highway 119. The driver was issued a verbal warning and a field interview report was completed.
On 11/24/24, an observed a forged temporary license plate attached to a vehicle parked in the Lady Luck Casino lot. The owner of the vehicle relayed that he purchased the registration from an unknown person for $100. The owner was new to the country and did not know that the registration was not valid. The plate was seized and no actions were taken against the owner of the vehicle.
On 11/24/24, officers were dispatched to the Monarch Casino regarding theft of property. A report was taken.
On 11/25/24, at approximately 12:29 p.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino for a fraudulent ID. The suspect departed the property before being identified.
On 11/25/24, an officer was dispatched to the Ameristar Casino on an individual attempting to pass a counterfeit bill. The bill was confirmed to be a counterfeit $1 bill with new printing. The subject that attempted to pass it did not know that it was forged. The counterfeit bill was seized and booked into property per policy.
On 11/25/24, Black Hawk Police Department was contacted via a non-emergency phone line regarding damaged property. Officers are conducting a surveillance review and actively investigating this report.
On 11/26/24, at approximately 7:50 p.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of a dine-and-dash. Officers spoke with the manager, who stated she would comp the food because the restaurant was crowded and there was only one server. The manager said they never received the rest of their food, got
tired of waiting, and left. She said she did not know the police were called.
On 11/25/24, at approximately 11:49 p.m., officers responded to the Monarch Casino on a report of a counterfeit bill. The bill was seized and a report was taken.
On 11/26/24, an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of harassment. The suspect was known but had left the scene. The case is active.
On 11/27/24, at approximately 2:10 a.m., an officer conducted an area check of the Carriage House and observed a Gold GMC Suburban with Utah plates backed into a parking space on level 2. Two parties were contacted and cleared.
On 11/27/24, at approximately 4:32 a.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of alcohol theft. The casino trespassed and escorted the party off the property.
On 11/27/24, at approximately 8:11 p.m., officers responded to the Lady Luck Casino, on a report of a trespass. The suspect was issued a county summons for trespassing and released.
On 11/27/24, at approximately 10:06 p.m., officers responded to the Monarch Casino, located at 488 Main Street, on a report of found drugs. A small baggy of a white powdery substance was seized, and a suspect was contacted. Subsequent testing of the seized baggy yielded an inconclusive result. A report was completed.
On 11/27/24, at approximately 10:52 p.m., Black Hawk police officers responded to the 400 block of Main Street near the intersection of Main Street and Highway 119, on the report of a Motor Vehicle Accident. Upon arrival, there were no injuries and no airbags deployed. The accident was with a single motor vehicle that jumped the curb and went near the side of the mountain. Damages were under $5000, and the driver did not request a police report. There were no damages to any property and the driver stated that he would contact a tow himself.
On 11/28/24, at approximately 12:29 a.m., officers responded to the area of 6100 Highway 119 on a report of a disturbance. A suspect was contacted and arrested. A report was completed.
On 11/28/24, at approximately 4:03 a.m., a Black Hawk police officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a lost phone. Upon investigation, the officer was unable to locate the phone and took a report.
On 11/28/24, at approximately 4:34 a.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on a cell phone theft. The cell phone was returned and the victim did not want to press charges.
On 11/28/24, an officer was dispatched to the Lodge Casino about a suspicious person. Upon arrival, Lodge security advised the person had left the property but had inadvertently left their ID card behind. The ID was collected and entered into evidence as found property.

On 11/29/24, at approximately 4:21 a.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Hotel to check on the welfare of a child who had locked themselves in a room. Entry into the room was made and the child checked okay. A report was completed.
On 11/29/24, at approximately 4:20 p.m., a Black Hawk police officer responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of a trespass. A suspect was later identified and issued a summons.
On 11/29/24, an officer responded to the Monarch Casino on a report of a party who might be suicidal. The party was later transported to a metro area hospital.
On 11/29/24, an officer was flagged down by a citizen to report a lost or stolen cell phone. The owner believed he last had it at the Lady Luck Casino while playing slots. A surveillance review did not show the owner ever having the cell phone in his hand or possession while at this casino. The case is inactive at this time.
On 11/29/24, at approximately 3:38 p.m., an officer responded to the Monarch Casino on a report of a party using someone's ID. The party was issued a summons and 86'd off the property.

On 11/30/24, at approximately 12:54 a.m., officers responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of a property theft. A suspect was cited.
On 11/30/24, at approximately 1:22 p.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino located on a property crime. A suspect was arrested.
On 11/30/24, at approximately 2:33 a.m., officers assisted a neighboring sheriff's office with an incident at Interstate 70 at mile marker 235.
On 11/30/24, at approximately 6:46 p.m., an officer responded to a dine-and-dash at the Monarch Casino. Two parties were located, and tickets for theft were issued.
On 11/30/24, a woman called the Black Hawk Police Department to report that she had lost her phone at the Horseshoe Casino. It was discovered that a male suspect had stolen her phone. The suspect has not been identified. A report was taken.
