The Backdoor Theatre, a beloved non-profit organization committed to serving the community through the arts, announces a modest adjustment in ticket prices to accommodate the challenges posed by increased operational costs.
Since the reopening of the theatre post-Covid, the Backdoor Theatre has made every effort to maintain affordable ticket prices for its patrons. However, in response to consistent price hikes from suppliers over the past two years, the theatre finds it necessary to make a slight adjustment to ticket prices, effective immediately.
The new ticket prices are as follows:
• Adult Tickets: $8
• Children 12 and under: $5
To provide flexibility and value for our patrons, ticket books of 10 can now be purchased at a discounted rate:
• Adult Ticket Book (10 tickets): $70
• Children (12 and under) Ticket Book (10 tickets): $40
We want to assure our loyal patrons that existing ticket booklets will be honored at their original purchase value.
“We have resisted raising prices for as long as possible, but the reality is that our suppliers have consistently increased their prices, putting a strain on our operations,” says Guy D. Falsetti, Vice President of Backdoor Theatre. “Recently, we experienced a significant increase in the wholesale price of soda, surpassing what we charge retail. These adjustments will help us continue our mission of providing quality entertainment and supporting the community.”
Backdoor Theatre remains dedicated to its role as a non-profit organization, channeling time, money, and effort into various community initiatives. The theatre sincerely appreciates the ongoing support of its patrons, without whom these contributions would not be possible.
