Hi Everyone,
We were hoping for a Christmas miracle but did not get one. So when you get lemons, you make lemonade, right! The projector malfunctioned on Christmas Eve during our test run of "The Good Dinosaur." We finally determined at the end of the day (Thursday) that the projector had blown a circuit board. We tried all day yesterday to find and/or get the part required. No such luck. The good news is we can still run a DVD/Blu-ray format, but no "The Good Dinosaur movie."
Please note that we will run a family movie both Saturday and Sunday as planned, but on DVD/Blu-ray format.
We decide to bring in a bunch of our favorite cartoon movies from our personal collections and let you guys vote on which movie to run! And the movie will be free.
So it will still be a fun family activity, with friends and family, so please come and eat some popcorn and have a good time!
Sorry for any inconvenience - we will run "The Good Dinosaur" at a later date.
We will be accepting donations :) for our new emergency contingence fund at the door!!! (For times like this)
Sincerely,
The Gang at the Backdoor Theater
