Gary Wockner’s letter sent last week to Amy Eschberger of the Colorado Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety was an excellent example of informed citizen action that benefits the environment.
The Cross Gold Mine’s AM-02 mining operations application appears to be grossly inadequate at present, and I hope that DRMS will act to ensure that all requirements for full compliance will be met before allowing further extraction work at the mine.
