The Town of Nederland in collaboration with the Nederland Downtown Development Authority (NDDA) applied for and received funding from the 2022 Boulder County Economic Vitality Grant. These economic vitality funds were used to support local businesses who have struggled to bounce back economically as a result of COVID-19. Specifically, the Town and NDDA provided grant funding to 44 businesses who applied to cover operating expenses, provide bonuses to employees as appreciation for working through the pandemic, and/or use purchase PPE. Last week each business received a $272.22 check from the Town.
