Team PMI has come to Coal Creek Canyon. The owners are AdriAnn and John Rode, and they started the business on December 24, 2022. They said they would love to offer property management services to owners throughout the Peak to Peak region.
“We understand the difficulty of getting service in our remote areas as we live in an older home in Coal Creek Canyon. We also know how beautiful this entire area is and would love to help residents and owners enjoy their home without worry about property management,” they said.
