Ingredients:
Cucumber
2 Tbsp Rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp Sesame oil
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
Black sesame seeds
Wasabi paste
Scallions or red onions
Directions:
Slice or cut the cucumber into cubes.
Toss cucumber with rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, black sesame seeds, wasabi paste, and sliced scallions (or red onion), in a pan.
Cook to your liking, or leave cool, serve, and enjoy!
