One medium cucumber sliced very thin. Sprinkle cucumber with lots of salt and rest in the fridge for five minutes.
Mix:
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon vinegar
2 drops Tabasco or other hot sauce
2 Tablespoon chopped chives
1 teaspoon minced dill
Pepper, to taste
Pour the above ingredients over cucumbers and let stand for one hour in the fridge before serving.
