Dear Editor,
Hello neighbors of Central City! As our election approaches, I want to share a brief assessment of my vision for the future of our mountain town—one that balances growth with preservation, opportunity with responsibility. Our community is at a crossroads, and it’s time to choose a path forward that ensures our town thrives for generations to come.
More and smart business to drive local prosperity is important for the city. While some plans are in place, they will be carefully monitored and see to it that future plans are put in place that suit the city and its heritage. Creating good paying jobs to match the economy and increasing our tax base through business is imperative for the current time and future.
Smart spending on behalf of the city is also very important to me. We all question what happens, and I'll listen to your voices before speaking mine.
While we are a casino town, I'd like to see it family friendly as well. The beautification of the city goes along with that and will take us to new heights. We can have it all. On top of that, outdoor activities should also be as important as the carefully planned growth we could use.
Like most of you, I'm just a hard working citizen living in this great city, and our views should all be thrown into the same hat. I appreciate your vote, and will work hard to see to it we make things happen.
Sincerely,
Dennis Denson
