On 5/1/23, at approximately 10:20 a.m., a Gilpin County deputy was dispatched to 5956 Virginia Canyon Road, Central City, on a report of a stolen property.
On 5/1/23, at approximately 4:44 p.m., deputies were dispatched to 16000 Highway 119, City of Black Hawk, for a welfare check and a report was taken.
On 5/1/23, a deputy took a harassment report over the phone. Based on the information provided by the victim, there are no leads for a suspect in the case.
On 5/2/23, at approximately 1:40 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the Grand Z Casino, Central City, in reference to a theft. A report was taken.
On 5/3/23, at approximately 12 p.m., a male party turned in a flash drive to a deputy at 2960 Dory Hill Road. No other information was given.
On 5/3/23, at approximately 6:14 p.m., deputies were dispatched to 52 Rudolph Ranch Road, Black Hawk, in reference to a trespass. A summons was issued.
On 5/5/23, at approximately 4:24 p.m., a deputy was dispatched to a fraud located at 562 Dakota Ridge Road, Central City. The deputy was further advised the call could be handled by phone. A report was completed.
On 5/6/23, at approximately 1:24 p.m. a deputy was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident property damage located at 102 Main Street, Central City (Century Casino). A report was completed.
On 5/7/23, at 5:38 p.m., deputies responded to the 2400 block of South Beaver Creek Road, unincorporated Gilpin County, on the report of a disturbance. Investigation disclosed no criminal activity.
On 5/8/23, at approximately 9:54 a.m., a deputy was dispatched to a fugitive of justice located at the Grand Z Casino in Central City. The deputy was further advised the party was wearing a gray and white camo hoodie and dark paints. An arrest was made, and a report was completed.
On 5/8/23, at approximately 3:30 p.m., a deputy was dispatched to a call of harassment located at 149 Gregory Street (USPS). The deputy was further advised the reporting party would like a phone call. A report was completed.
On 5/9/23, at approximately 6:18 a.m., a Gilpin County deputy was dispatched to 324 Upper Travis Gulch Road, Rollinsvlle, unincorporated Gilpin County, in reference to a structure fire. A report was completed later.

On 5/12/23, at approximately 3:57 p.m., a deputy spoke with an individual who had walked into the lobby of the Gilpin Sheriff`s Office to report a cold assault which had occurred in the 400 block of Chalet Drive, unincorporated Gilpin County. A report was taken.
On 5/14/23, at approximately 1:13 p.m., a deputy was dispatched to a theft, which occurred at 1351 Highway 119 at the Z Stop gas station. A report was completed.
On 5/14/23, at approximately 3:18 p.m., deputies responded to the report of a disturbance located in the 3000 block of Gamble Gulch Road, unincorporated Gilpin County. A report was taken.
On 5/14/23, a deputy took a call for found mail that had been dumped in Jefferson County, but the mail was from Gilpin County residents. The mail was picked up and documented and taken to the post office in Black Hawk. A report was made.

On 5/17/23, at approximately 8:08 a.m., an information report was taken at the Gilpin County Sheriff`s Office by a deputy in reference to harassment which occurred on 5/16/23 at 400 Black Bear Trail in Golden, unincorporated Gilpin County.
On 5/17/23, a deputy was dispatched to Highway 119 mile marker 16.5 on a vehicle vs moose accident. No injuries to the vehicle occupants. AOA Colorado State Patrol and a report was completed.

On 5/21/23, at approximately 6:06 p.m., while on routine patrol a deputy was notified of a property damage motor vehicle collision which had occurred in the 100 block of Main Street, Central City. A report was taken.
On 5/22/23, at approximately 9:27 p.m., a Gilpin County deputy handled a complaint from a citizen about a car turning around in their driveway.
On 5/23/23, at approximately 9 a.m., a deputy was dispatched to 2021 Coyote Circle, Black Hawk, on a report of a civil issue. The deputy was further advised the reporting party wanted to be contacted by phone. A report was completed.
On 5/23/23, at approximately 12:01 p.m., a deputy was dispatched to 205 W. 4th High Street, Central City, on a report of mischief. A report was completed.
On 5/24/23, at approximately 10:05 a.m., an active, valid warrant was discovered for a person in the sheriff's office lobby. The person was arrested and processed on the warrant.
On 5/26/23, a deputy assisted Colorado Parks and Wildlife with underage drinkers at Slough Pond. A report was completed.
On 5/26/23, at approximately 7:54 p.m., Gilpin County deputies made a traffic stop and a male party was arrested for driving under the influence.
On 5/27/23, at approximately 4:09 a.m., Gilpin County deputies responded to the Century Casino on the report of a wallet theft. The suspect was no longer on scene and a report was made.
On 5/27/23, at approximately 12:03 p.m., a deputy was dispatched to investigate a noise complaint located at 554 Old Hughesville Road, Black Hawk. A report was taken.
On 5/27/23, a deputy responded to the Grand Z Casino on a report of a firearm that was located inside one of the hotel rooms. The firearm was collected and logged into evidence for safe keeping.
On 5/27/23, at approximately 5:26 p.m., a deputy responded, emergent, to the report of a crash with injuries, located in the 1000 block of Golden Gate Drive, unincorporated Gilpin County. A report was taken.
On 5/27/23, at approximately 10:55 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the intersection of Mack Road and Vernon Drive to investigate the report of a single vehicle crash. On arrival deputies contacted the driver who was exhibiting signs of being under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. Deputies completed a voluntary roadside standardized field sobriety test on the driver. At the conclusion of the test the driver was arrested for CRS 42-4-1301 (1) (A).
On 5/28/23, at approximately 5 a.m., a deputy was dispatched to 321 Gregory Street, Central City, (the Grand Z Casino) on the report of a fraudulent twenty-dollar bill. The bill was collected and booked into evidence. A report was taken.

On 5/28/23, at approximately 6:48 p.m., a Gilpin County deputy conducted a traffic stop and in the course of the traffic stop, the driver backed into a Division of Gaming car. An accident report was made.
On 5/28/23, at approximately 7:34 p.m., deputies responded, emergent, to the report of a motor vehicle accident resulting in injuries located in the 3000 block of Smith Hill Road, unincorporated Gilpin County. A report was taken.
