Nederland-The Town of Nederland invites all community members to attend a public presentation of the draft Comprehensive Plan, a policy document that will shape the future of the town for the next decade. This updated plan will guide decisions on key issues such as land use, economic development, housing, and environmental resilience— recalibrating the town’s goals and priorities to reflect current needs.
The presentation will be held on October 10 from 5-7 p.m. at the Nederland Community Center (upstairs in the Community Room). During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to hear about the organizational structure and key policies of the draft plan.
If you cannot attend, the draft plan will be available for review on the Engage Nederland website. Public feedback is encouraged, and community members can submit their comments via email by contacting the project team through the website.
We hope you will join us in shaping the future of our town. Learn more and review the draft plan on the Engage Nederland site, https://engagenederland.us.engagementhq.com/comp-plan.
