Dakota Ridge Road is not public. It crosses many private properties. The commissioners even stated that in their meeting. It is utilized and maintained by the current residents along it.
In the event you would do a follow up, you will find the complaint of Jack Conway is only one small example of all the issues we residents have with people being led to believe Dakota Ridge Road is public rather than private.
A correction would be greatly appreciated.
