As the dust settles on our 2024 season, we extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire Nederland Farmers Market community for making this our most successful season yet. This was our 9th market season, and it surpassed all expectations—thanks to the incredible participation and dedication from everyone involved.
First and foremost, our amazing volunteers deserve special recognition. Your commitment to helping the market run smoothly—from setup to tear-down—was crucial to our success. Your energy and hard work made this season not only possible, but truly remarkable.
To our incredible vendors - your diverse products and friendly faces created an inviting, vibrant space that our community looks forward to returning to week in and week out. Some markets are a grind (Party in the Peaks in the deluge for one), but it’s a beautiful grind and you all showed amazing commitment and made it fun for all. Thank you.
Our customers are the soul of the market, and we are deeply (DEEPLY) grateful for your enthusiasm and loyalty. You continue to show up with amazing support. Keep coming back, and we’ll keep making it amazing for you!
To our generous sponsors and donors, your thoughtful contributions allowed us to expand programming and deepen our commitment to our mission. Thank you for believing in us and joining along-side of us to make this magic happen!
Special thanks also go to the local musicians whose performances added a special touch to our market days (and festivals) that is unique to Nederland.
We also want to thank our community agency partners, whose easeful collaboration allowed us to provide healthy foods to those who need it most.
And last, but definitely not least, we thank Ron Mitchell who so generously offers his space and resources to the market. Ron, you are a true NFM super-hero, and the grace and support you share with us is unmatched.
This season’s success was the result of a true community effort. We are deeply appreciative of all who made it possible and we look forward to another great year in 2025!
