The Coal Creek Canyon Improvement Association hosted its annual fall pancake breakfast at the CCCIA Hall at 31528 Highway 72, beginning at 7 a.m.
The attendees enjoyed the pancake breakfast until 10 a.m. The festive meal included pancakes, sausage, and eggs with coffee and orange juice. About 60 people enjoyed the delicious breakfast treats.
Breakfast cost members $10, non-members $12, and kids $5. Servers included Bruce Goodwin, Julie and Kerry Sorlie, Norma Cassin and Jeremy Turnmeyer.
The next event at CCCIA will be Octoberfest on October 17 from 5 to 7 p.m., featuring bratwurst and German potato salad. The organization will celebrate Halloween with a movie night on October 26 from 5 to 7 p.m.
