On 9/1/23, at approximately 12:30 a.m., officers were called to the Ameristar Casino on a report of found drugs. Officers made contact with a suspect and issued a summons.
On 9/1/23, Black Hawk officers conducted a traffic stop at mile marker 5.8 on Highway 119. Officers contacted the driver and released them on a verbal warning.
On 9/1/23, the Black Hawk Police Department responded to a report of a male and female party arguing in the valet of the Horseshoe Casino. The parties were contacted and the male party was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the Gilpin County Jail.
On 9/1/23, at approximately 6:14 p.m., officers were called to the Dakota Lot located at 245 Main Street for an unwanted party. The party was issued a trespass by the Lodge and Gilpin Casinos and left the property without incident. Officers cleared with an information report.
On 9/1/23, at approximately 10:23 p.m., officers contacted a subject at the Lodge Casino on a call to assist the Division of Gaming. The subject was identified and officers completed a report.
On 9/1/23, officers responded to the Lodge Casino on a report of a disturbance. Officers were informed the parties involved entered a vehicle and were traveling out of the city. Officers located the vehicle traveling southbound at mile marker 6 on Highway 119. Officers contacted a male and female inside the vehicle. Officers separated the parties for the night and no charges were issued.
On 9/1/23, Black Hawk officers, Gilpin County deputies and Colorado State Patrol troopers responded to the Century Casino on a physical disturbance. A male party and a female were contacted. The male was later taken to Gilpin County Jail on domestic violence related charges.
On 9/2/23, officers responded to the Monarch Casino parking garage in regard to an intoxicated party getting into their vehicle. A report was taken.
On 9/2/23, officers were dispatched to the Lodge Casino on a report of a trespassed party on the property. Officers contacted and identified the male party who had multiple warrants for his arrest. Officers booked the male into Gilpin County Jail on his warrants and issued a municipal summons for trespass.
On 9/2/23, a traffic stop was conducted after the vehicle was observed stopping in traffic once on Highway 119 and Miners Road and then a second time in the middle of the through lane of traffic on Miner Street and Main Street. The driver was contacted. He advised he was lost trying to read the signs. A verbal warning was given.
On 9/2/23, at approximately 5:21 p.m., officers responded to JKQ Barbeque on a report of a theft. A suspect was issued a municipal summons.
On 9/2/23, at approximately 6:09 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation occurring at Main Street and Highway 119. The driver was issued a summons.
On 9/2/23, at approximately 8:10 p.m., officers responded to the Bally's North Casino to take a report for the Colorado Division of Gaming. A subject was escorted off the property and officers cleared with an assist from another agency report.
On 9/2/23, officers contacted two suspicious vehicles at Rim Rock Parking. One vehicle had two parties in the front seats of it. They were identified and told they could not park in the area. They were given business cards.
On 9/3/23, officers were dispatched to the Bull Durham Casino in regards to a disturbance. A report was taken.
On 9/3/23, officers responded to the Horseshoe Casino in regard to a possible stolen phone. A report was taken.
On 9/3/23, at approximately 12 a.m., officers were called to the Monarch Casino parking garage on a report of a motor vehicle accident. A driver was issued a summons for DUI.
On 9/3/23, officers responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of a minor gambling on the gaming floor. A report was taken.
On 9/3/23, Black Hawk officers responded to the Monarch Casino on a report of a disturbance. Officers contacted a female who reported a male that she had had an intimate relationship with had thrown a chair at her. The male was located on the casino floor and later booked into the Gilpin County Jail on Domestic Violence Assault charges.
On 9/3/23, officers responded to the Ameristar Casino parking garage in regard to a REDDI report. An arrest was made and a report was taken.
On 9/3/23, an officer responded to the Lady Luck parking garage for a suicidal party. Subject was located and transported to a hospital.
On 9/3/23, at approximately 10:51 a.m., officers responded to 401 Chase Street on a burglary. A report was taken and the case is still active.
On 9/3/23, an officer responded to the Saratoga Casino on the report of the theft of a wallet. A male suspect was seen taking the wallet but has not been identified.
On 9/3/23, an officer responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of a phone theft. No suspect was identified.
On 9/3/23, at approximately 8:34 p.m., officers responded to the Ameristar parking garage on the report of a disturbance. It was determined a harassment occurred and the victim did not wish to pursue criminal charges.
On 9/3/23, at approximately 9:56 p.m., officers were dispatched to Monarch Casino on the report of an unwanted party refusing to leave the property. Upon arrival, an officer spoke with a female who advised that she was waiting for her husband and only re-entered the casino to use the restroom. While explaining to the female the casino's policy, her husband arrived at the vehicle and it was decided they would call an Uber back to the metro area and leave the property willingly. Officers cleared the call with an FI Contact.
On 9/4/23, at approximately 2:25 a.m., officers responded to the Monarch parking garage on a welfare check of a female dancing in the garage. The individual was not a danger to herself or others and was not gravely disabled. No crime occurred and no action was taken.
On 9/4/23, at approximately 2:33 a.m., the Black Hawk Police Department responded to a disturbance call at The Lodge Casino for a male party who claimed to have been jumped inside the men's restroom. Upon arrival, medics advised the male party to be transported to St. Anthony's medical center for his elevated heart rate, however, the male party showed no signs of a recent assault. Upon investigation, the assault was determined unfounded due to lack of evidence.
On 9/4/23, an officer responded to the Monarch parking garage for a hit-and-run incident. A report was taken.
On 9/4/23, at approximately 11:24 p.m., officers observed a vehicle with an expired plate at Main Street and Richman Street. The driver was cited.
On 9/4/23, at approximately 11:35 p.m., officers responded to Monarch Casino on the report of a theft of a wallet. The reporting party recovered his wallet and was notified of the lack of evidence constituting the theft. The theft was determined unfounded.
On 9/5/23, an officer conducted a traffic stop on Highway 119 and mile marker 6. The driver was released on a verbal warning.
On 9/6/23, officers were dispatched to the 100-200 block of Main Street in regard to a suspicious person. The party was first seen earlier in the morning in the street and later in the morning trying car doors. The party stated that they were looking for their friends. To the officers understanding the party had a bus ticket. He was told to go home.
On 9/6/23, an officer was dispatched to a hit and run that occurred in the Bally's garage. An officer spoke with the RP who advised the accident occurred on September 3 between the hours of noon and 6 p.m.
On 9/7/23, officers responded to the Dakota Lot on a report of a suspicious vehicle. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle in the Monarch open parking lot. The officer contacted the driver and released them on a verbal warning for no plates.
On 9/7/23, officers responded to the Monarch Casino in regard to a trespassing party. An arrest was made and a report was taken.
On 9/7/23, at approximately 12:36 a.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of someone being held against their will in a hotel room. The call ended up being a mental health call.
On 9/8/23, at approximately 12:42 a.m., officers were dispatched to the Horseshoe Casino parking garage on a REDDI report. Officers contacted the driver of a vehicle that was parked in the garage. Officers arranged for the party to get a hotel and cleared on a field interview report.
On 9/8/23, at approximately 2:46 a.m., officers were called to the Ameristar Casino on a request to take a gaming report. A suspect was found to be in violation of multiple protection orders and ran from officers. The suspect was arrested without incident and drugs were recovered. The suspect was booked on multiple charges.
On 9/8/23, at approximately 11:06 p.m., officers were called to the Monarch Casino buffet on a civil problem. A report was taken.
On 9/9/23, at approximately 12:27 a.m., officers contacted a suspicious vehicle parked on the Avenue of All Stars located off of Richman Street. The occupants of the vehicle were informed it was private property and officers cleared on a field interview report.
On 9/9/23, at approximately 2:37 a.m., officers arrived at the parking garage of the Ameristar Casino on a REDDI report. A suspect vehicle was located and the driver was contacted. The report was determined to be unfounded and officers cleared with a field interview report.
On 9/9/23, at approximately 6:31 a.m., an officer responded to the Dakota Lot on a report of a traffic accident. One party was issued a summons.
On 9/9/23, at approximately 6:04 p.m., officers responded to the Horseshoe Casino to take a report for information. Officers collected information and cleared it on a report.
On 9/9/23, at approximately 11:15 p.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of a disturbance. Two parties were arrested and booked on charges.
On 9/10/23, officers responded to the Saratoga Casino on a report of found property. Officers collected a wallet and booked the contents as safe keeping. Officers were unable to locate the owner.
On 9/10/23, officers were dispatched to the Monarch Casino in regard to a disturbance. A report was taken.
On 9/10/23, at approximately 7 a.m., an officer contacted a subject in the Horseshoe Casino parking garage. The vehicle had a temporary license plate that appeared to be missing numbers. Also the temporary did not have any vehicle information listed below the number. The officer contacted the driver who was asleep. Subject was cleared and had no warrants. The vehicle was registered to him.
On 9/10/23, at approximately 7:33 a.m., an officer contacted a female asleep inside of her vehicle parked in the Bally's parking garage. The officer was checking on her welfare. The female subject advised she was living in her vehicle and was very tired. She was cleared and no enforcement actions were taken.
On 9/10/23, at approximately 4:41 p.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on a call of a theft. Officers were unable to determine who took the wallet from the ladies' locker room.
On 9/10/23, at approximately 7:45 p.m., officers responded to the Wild Card Casino on a report of a disturbance. The suspect was issued a municipal summons for harassment and released.
On 9/10/23, officers made a traffic stop on a vehicle whose plates returned to a different vehicle. It was determined an error was made in the plate that was checked. The driver was released.
On 9/10/23, at approximately 9:25 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop. The officer later released the driver with a verbal for driving with expired tags.
On 9/11/23, at approximately 12:44 a.m., a Black Hawk Police officer conducted a traffic stop. The driver was later issued a summons for careless driving.
On 9/11/23, at approximately 2:15 p.m., officers responded to the Horseshoe Casino on a report of a missing person. The party arrived home safely later.
On 9/11/23, at approximately 8:49 p.m., an officer responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of a theft. The officer was able to identify a suspect and investigations pending.
On 9/11/23, officers were dispatched to a disturbance at the Monarch Casino. Officers contacted the parties involved and learned that the female half of the disturbance had tried to jump off the 7th floor of the casino. The female was put on a mental health hold and transported to Saint Anthony's Hospital.
On 9/11/23, at approximately 2:02 a.m., a Black Hawk Police officer conducted a traffic stop. The officer later released the driver with a verbal warning for driving with no lights on at night.
On 9/12/23, at approximately 12:01 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop. The officer later released the driver with a verbal warning for speeding.
On 9/12/23, a man couldn't claim a $1500 jackpot from the Monarch Casino that he won last April because he could only present an expired Oklahoma DL and what appeared to be a fake resident alien card and a social security number card. He was looking for the mayor and ended up in the Annex. He was asking for help to claim the money. It was explained that the casinos have to follow the proper ID rules for taxing purposes and expired and false IDs would not meet the regulations.
On 9/12/23, officers were stopped by a citizen asking for assistance in providing gas for a car that had broken down. Upon clearing the party, the party came back with a misdemeanor warrant that the jail would not take on. The party was provided with some gas and released with an FI contact.
On 9/13/23, at approximately 1:21 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop. The officer later released the driver with a verbal warning for speeding.
On 9/13/23, officers conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle that ran a stop sign leaving the Ameristar garage and proceeded at a high rate of speed on Highway 119. The driver was given a verbal warning and the situation was used as an educational opportunity.
On 9/13/23, at approximately 5:47 a.m., officers responded to the Monarch Casino located for a disturbance. A suspect was identified and a warrant was issued for the suspect.
On 9/13/23, officers responded to the Ameristar parking garage on a report of a domestic disturbance. Officers arrived and both involved parties were no longer at the scene. After reviewing the surveillance video it was determined that a crime did occur and a warrant was completed.
On 9/13/23, at approximately 9:49 p.m., Black Hawk Police officers responded to the Gilpin Casino on the report of a trespass. A male suspect was later identified and issued a summons for trespassing.
On 9/14/23, at approximately 12:41 a.m., officers responded to the Monarch Casino for the report of an individual passing a fake ID.
On 9/14/23, at approximately 1:03 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Highway 119 at mile marker 5.6. The driver was later released with a verbal warning for speeding.
On 9/14/23, at approximately 2:14 a.m., an officer responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of a theft. The officer was unable to identify or locate the suspect, however the victim was able to recover her phone, but still missing a few items.
On 9/14/23, at approximately 8:14 p.m., officers stopped a vehicle bearing a fictitious plate, and subsequently cited the driver and seized the plate.
On 9/14/23, the Black Hawk Police Department received a call from an unknown male stating he was high on methamphetamines and was behind the Ameristar Casino with guns. The male could not be located and the call came in on a fictitious number.
On 9/14/23, at approximately 6:05 p.m., officers responded to the Monarch Casino to assist an outside agency serving an arrest warrant. Officers cleared with a report.
On 9/14/23, at approximately 7:20 p.m., officers responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of a possible minor on the gaming floor.
On 9/14/23, officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Casino parking garage in regard to an intoxicated party who urinated in the garage. The Ameristar staff wanted the party off the property. The party was patted down for officer safety. Officers contacted the party and gave them a courtesy ride to the Monarch Casino.
On 9/15/23, an officer was on patrol and noticed a parking issue. The party was parked on Richman Street near the bus stop. An officer noticed a firearm sitting on the passenger seat and no one was around the vehicle. The owner arrived a short time later carrying bags to load into his vehicle. The owner gave consent for the officer to retrieve the firearm and clear it. The owner was released a short time later with the firearm and advised in the future to park in the garage.
On 9/15/23, a vehicle was stopped for running a red light at Gregory Street and Main Street. A traffic stop occurred in the Post Office lot.
On 9/15/23, at approximately 12:50 a.m., an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of a counterfeit bill. The bill was seized and booked into evidence.
On 9/15/23, the Black Hawk Police Department responded to the Monarch Casino on a report of a male party who seemed to be unconscious in a hotel room that was to be cleaned by the staff. The male party was contacted after the Black Hawk Police Department attempted to knock and yell through the door to the party. The party did not respond and the Black Hawk Police Department entered the room. The party was awakened and asked to leave. The party left without issue.
On 9/15/23, at approximately 4:41 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation occurring at Richman Street and Highway 119. The driver was found to have outstanding warrants and was arrested.
On 9/15/23, at approximately 8:44 p.m., officers responded to the Bally's parking garage on a report of a disturbance. The incident was investigated and a suspect was arrested and booked.
On 9/16/23, officers responded to the Monarch Casino on a report of two males fighting. Before officers arrived on scene the male involved left the scene. The other male had a firearm on him when officers contacted him in the garage. Officers confiscated the firearm and booked it into safekeeping due to the party being intoxicated. The male stated he didn't want to press charges.
On 9/16/23, officers responded to the Gilpin Casino on a report of a trespass. Officers arrived and contacted a male. The male was issued a municipal summons for trespass and escorted off the property.
On 9/16/23, the Black Hawk Police Department responded to the Bally's West Casino to investigate a report of a stolen cell phone. A suspect was observed on video taking the phone but has not been identified.
On 9/16/23, at approximately 10:31 a.m., an officer responded to a traffic accident at Main Street and Highway 119. One party was transported to the hospital.
On 9/16/23, the Black Hawk Police Department responded to the Monarch Casino on a report of a verbal disturbance between a man and a woman. The parties were contacted and determined to be friends who were arguing over property in each other's possession. The items were exchanged and the parties went their separate ways.
On 9/16/23, at approximately 11:15 a.m., officers responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of lost property.
On 9/16/23, the Black Hawk Police Department responded to the Lodge Casino on a report of a male party lying partially on the sidewalk and partially in the street. The party was contacted and determined not to have any medical issues. He was advised that he could not lay on the sidewalk or road and asked to move to a new location. The party left the area.
On 9/16/23, at approximately 8:05 p.m., officers were called to the Lady Luck Hotel lobby on a report of a found animal. The animal's owner was unable to be located and the animal was taken to the Clear Creek County Animal Shelter. A report was taken.
On 9/17/23, Black Hawk officers were dispatched to a fight at the Lodge Casino. Officers were advised that the fight involved eight-plus people and were separated. Half of the involved parties were off-property and were not identified. The other half was identified and parties were given business cards. The parties that were contacted wanted to press charges, but officers have not been able to identify the suspects at this time.
On 9/17/23, at approximately 7 a.m., officers responded to the poker room entrance to the Monarch Casino on a report of a person sleeping who had been trespassed earlier from the casino. Officers contacted the subject and he said he was resting and waiting for the bus. He did not have a bus pass and was given one by security. The subject was also trespassed from the Monarch Casino. FI Card was completed.
On 9/17/23, there was an unattended death at the Ameristar Casino. No further information is available.
On 9/17/23, an officer took a report of a theft that occurred at the Ameristar Casino. No suspects were identified.
On 9/17/23, officers responded to the Monarch Casino on a report of found drugs. The white powdery substance was tested and was found to be baking soda.
On 9/17/23, an officer was dispatched to a possible theft at the Horseshoe Casino. Upon investigation, the officer located the item in the hotel's lost and found. The item was left at the hotel and the RP was advised they could pick it up at the hotel at their convenience.
On 9/17/23, Black Hawk officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at mile marker 5.8 on Highway 119. The officer contacted the driver and released them on a verbal warning for driving without lights.
On 9/17/23, at approximately 9:05 p.m., a Black Hawk Police officer responded to the Lady Luck Casino garage to assist a citizen with a lockout. Officer successfully gained entry into the vehicle.
On 9/17/23, Black Hawk officers responded to Bally's North Casino on a report of an ID check. With no Colorado Division of Gaming on duty, officers responded. Officers collected contact information and passed that case information to CDOG.
On 9/18/23, officers responded to the Horseshoe Casino on a report of a counterfeit $20 bill. The bill was confiscated and booked into evidence.
On 9/18/23, an officer with the Black Hawk Police Department took a report on a lost, possibly stolen bag. All the information was obtained from the reporting party and surveillance will review video footage. This case will remain active for further investigation.
On 9/18/23, officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Casino in reference to an intoxicated party that had urinated in the Starbucks patio area. Officers arrived on scene and located the male. He was issued a summons for urinating in public.
On 9/19/23, officers from the Black Hawk Police Department responded to the Monarch Casino open parking lot on a report of unattended dogs inside a vehicle. It was determined the dogs had not been checked on for over 12 hours. The dogs were removed safely by officers and were transported to the Charlie's Place animal shelter.
On 9/19/23, at approximately 3:41 p.m., an officer responded to a report of a found debit card. The card was booked into safekeeping.
On 9/20/23, at approximately 9:21 a.m., an officer responded to the Lady Luck parking garage on a report of a vehicle that was broken into.
On 9/20/23, at approximately 10:15 a.m., officers contacted a vehicle for a traffic violation occurring on the 300 block of Main Street. The driver was given a warning and officers cleared with a field interview report.
On 9/20/23, the Black Hawk Police Department responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of a possibly intoxicated party. The party was contacted and determined to require mental health treatment. The party was transported to the hospital for further evaluation.
On 9/20/23, at approximately 11:35 a.m., officers responded to the Lady Luck Hotel to conduct a welfare check. The parties checked okay and officers cleared with a field interview report.
On 9/20/23, at approximately 1:39 p.m., officers responded to Chase Street to collect property for safekeeping. A report was taken.
On 9/21/23, at approximately 3 p.m., officers responded to the Monarch Casino on a report of shoplifting. A suspect was identified and issued a summons.
On 9/21/23, at approximately 6:38 p.m., officers were called to the parking garage of the Horseshoe Casino on a report of someone siphoning gas from the vehicle. A suspect has yet to be identified. Officers completed a report.
On 9/21/23, officers responded to the Ameristar Casino in regard to a stolen phone. A report was taken.
On 9/22/23, at approximately 2:25 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation occurring on the 300 block of Main Street. The driver was given a warning and officers cleared on a field interview report.
On 9/22/23, at approximately 2:47 p.m., officers responded to the Monarch Casino to take a theft report. A suspect has yet to be identified.
On 9/22/23, at approximately 4:28 p.m., officers were called to the Horseshoe Hotel for an unattended death. A decedent was located and identified. The coroner's office took custody of the body and officers cleared it with a report.
On 9/22/23, officers took a phone call from Lodge Casino staff regarding statements of self-harm from a female. The female was told a stolen phone would be returned to the Lodge Casino and was upset when it couldn't be found. The phone was found and placed in safekeeping and the female was contacted. She was not in Black Hawk but was in contact with the crisis center regarding the statements she made.
On 9/22/23, officers were dispatched to the Lodge Casino in regard to a flagged account. The party was contacted, issued a summons, and a report was taken.
On 9/22/23, an officer responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of found drugs. A backpack with fentanyl and drug paraphernalia was confiscated. A suspect was later identified and arrested.
On 9/23/23, Black Hawk officers contacted a male at the Lodge Casino. Officers were looking for a suspect in a felony drugs case when they contacted a male matching the description. Officers contacted a male who was later determined to not be the suspect but had a felony warrant for his arrest. The male was booked into Gilpin County Jail on his warrants.
On 9/23/23, at approximately 12:54 p.m., officers were called to the Lady Luck parking garage on a report of suspicious activity. No criminal actions were reported to officers who cleared on a field interview report.

On 9/26/23, at approximately 12:44 a.m., Black Hawk Police officers responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of a TITO Theft. A male party was later issued a summons.
On 9/26/23, at approximately 2:26 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle which was driving without headlights. The driver was given a verbal warning.
On 9/26/23, an officer responded to the Monarch Casino for a report of found drugs. A report was taken.
On 9/26/23, an officer took a phone report regarding a stolen cell phone from the Lodge Casino. A report was taken and surveillance is attempting to identify a suspect.
On 9/26/23, officers were called to a mental subject who had been posting online threats toward the CU Boulder Campus, State Capitol and the airport. He was live streaming on YouTube and his location was identified at the Ameristar. The subject was contacted and after a lengthy assessment he was transported by ambulance to Lutheran Medical Center for a mental health evaluation.
On 9/26/23, at approximately 8:45 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Horseshoe Casino on the report of an intoxicated person refusing to leave the gaming floor after being asked by staff multiple times. The party was taken to detox.
On 9/26/23, at approximately 9:51 p.m., Black Hawk Police officers responded to the Horseshoe Casino on the report of damaged property. Suspects were later identified and investigations are pending.
On 9/27/23, at approximately 11:21 a.m., officers were called to the parking garage of the Monarch Casino on a report of an unwanted party. Officers made contact with an individual and issued a summons.
On 9/27/23, at approximately 3:56 p.m., officers responded to the Monarch Casino on a report of potentially found drugs. The items were determined not to be drugs and booked in for safekeeping.
On 9/27/23, Black Hawk officers conducted a traffic stop at mile marker 5.8 on Highway 119. Officers contacted the driver and released them on a verbal warning for failure to maintain a lane.

On 9/28/23, at approximately 11:28 a.m., officers responded to the 200 block of Gregory Street on a report of a road rage incident. Nothing criminal was found to have occurred and officers cleared with a field interview report.
On 9/28/23, at approximately 1:31 p.m., officers took a report of lost property over the phone. A report was completed.
On 9/28/23, at approximately 5:40 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop for a traffic violation occurring at Highway 119 and Richman Street. The driver was issued a ticket.
On 9/28/23, an officer conducted a traffic stop on Lake Gulch Road. The vehicle was parked near the new distillery in a dark, unlit area. The driver of the vehicle stated that he used to live in Central City and was visiting his parents. I advised him he was on private property and he said he would be moving along.
On 9/29/23, officers responded to the Dakota Lot on a report of a 9-1-1 call. Officers contacted a female party who reported she was sexually assaulted by a male at the Coyote Motel. Officers notified the Gilpin County Sheriff's Office of the incident due to it occurring in their jurisdiction. Officers attempted to locate the male suspect but were unsuccessful. The case was referred to Gilpin County Sheriffs for further investigation.
On 9/29/23, an officer responded to the Lodge Casino on a report of someone who stole alcohol from the bar area.
On 9/29/23, the Black Hawk Police Department located a vehicle with the windows nearly completely obscured. A person could be seen through a gap in the window covering. The male and female party inside the vehicle were contacted and their welfare was checked.
On 9/29/23, officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Gregory Street and Main Street. The driver was given a verbal warning for improper turning. A FI was completed.

On 9/30/23, at approximately 7:34 p.m., officers took a report of a hit-and-run accident occurring at the Monarch parking garage. A suspect was identified and a report was completed. A summons was issued to the suspect.
